This morning we caught Elfie doing a little gold fishing! He even caught one! He's a silly little elf!

                                     

After my brothers went to school it was time for me to do my science project! I had to find out if oil and water will mix. First we got out all of my supplies.



Then I poured the water and then oil in the jar.

                                     

Next I added a few drops of food coloring and then gave it a little stir!

                                     

                                     

The color went down to the water and turned it blue but the oil stayed the same color. The oil also stayed on top of the water and didn't mix even though I mixed them together! It was so cool. I can't wait to go to school tomorrow and recreate my science project for all of my classmates!

                                     

                                     

I was so lucky because Jax and Mama came and surprised me in my class. They had to get some supplies for the 3rd grade mass and reception tomorrow. I always like seeing them in the middle od the day.

                                     

                                     

                                     

After school we got to play on the playground for a little while since it was still so mild outside. We had fun running around and playing soccer with our friends.

                                     

                                      


                                     

                                      

Later I got to make my test recipe from America's Test Kitchen Kids. I had to make tomato and mozzarella skewers. I had to cut all of the tomatoes and put them in a bowl with the mozzarella. Then I had to add olive oil and salt and pepper.

                                      

                                     

I let Finn add the pepper to the bowl...

                                     

Then I gave it a nice stir and assembled the skewers. They came out great. Mama and Daddy said it was delicious! I really liked doing it all alone!

                                     

                                    

                                    

Then Daddy was really craving a burger. So we headed to Five Guys. I had a grilled cheese with bacon, Jax had a BLT and everyone else had a burger. This morning while we ate breakfast our silly little brother dressed up as Woodstock! He sure loves that costume...

                                     

                                     

I had a super fun day at school today. Mama caught us coming back from the playground. We went to Advent chapel and learned all about the season.



                                     

After school we went to the park with a bunch of my classmates and their families. We have to take advantage of this beautiful weather while we can! We had SO much fun running around and playing. While we did our homework our little Jaxie fell fast asleep. He had a big day so we're not surprised. When I was done my homework Mama let me work on my fossil making kit. I made fossils out of clay with dinosaurs. Tomorrow when they're dry I'll paint them!




                                     

After homework, Mama let me help make dinner. I got to spice the meat, make the rice and cut up the tomatoes for the salad. I'm getting a lot of practice and I'm going to be cooking on my own before we know it!

                                     

                                     

                                     

                                     

                                     

After dinner we all snuggled up in Mama and Daddy's bed to watch Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer. It was great!

This morning after Mama dropped the big boys off at school we headed to the car dealership for our first oil change! I got to have an orange soda and some cookies and Mama and I read a Highlights magazine.

                                     

                                     

                                     

Then we got bored so we went outside to run around and explore while we waited for them to wash our car for us!

                                     

                                     

                                     

After school we got to play on the playground for a while because it was pretty mild outside. And it sure felt good in the sun! We ran around with some of our friends and had a great time enjoying being outside!

                                     

                                      

                                     



Today is sadly the one year anniversary of our Great Grand Papi's death. We miss him and we sure are sad that we didn't get to visit him in Ecuador. To celebrate his life all of our family got together at Unplugged to have some dinner and drinks and just have a fun time in his honor. We ran around and had a yummy dinner. It was a really fun night!
