Today is HALLOWEEN! One of our very favorite holidays! And MeMa and PopPop came over in the morning to bring us goody bags full of treats. We sure are lucky! 

Then Mama did a drive by graduation celebration for our cousin Brianna who graduated from NYU! Yay! Congrats Brianna!!

                                

Then it was time to PARTY! We got to go to the Filburn's house for a small little Halloween get together. They have a great yard and pulled out all the stops for this one!

                               

                               

                                

We played tons of games, had tons of prizes and had SO MUCH FUN!

                               

                              

Mr. and Mrs. Filburn are the best hosts. They had so many creative, fun competitions for us set up. And lots of full size candy bars as prizes!

                               

Even Lexie got in on the fun!

             

                              

                               

We got to team up and do all of the competitions and had a blast while we were doing it!

We had snacks and pizza and it was just a really great day!

   

                              

                               

                             

We had an amazing scavenger hunt in the woods and then we hit a piñata!

                              

                               

                              

Then threw him in the fire when we were done!

                              

Then we made our customary stop at Monsignor's house to trick or treat!

                             

He had a tube shoot to send the candy bars down to us!

         

                               

                               

Then we came home and quickly finished carving our pumpkins! We did them almost entirely by ourselves with a little knife help from Daddy and mama!

                               

Then it was off to do a walk around the hood. We got to do a little trick or treating because some of our neighbors were SUPER creative. The pictures don't do it justice but we had candy shoots and candy gardens and candy on clothes lines and candy ghosts in the graveyard. It was awesome. 

                             

                              

                               

                              

Despite the circumstances this ended up being an amazing Halloween. One of the best yet. And we probably ended up with more candy this year than last due to everyones generosity and creativity!!! 

This morning Mama got up bright and early and went to get us some Halloween donuts to have during our class zoom parties! They are so cool and creepy!

Halloween class parties sure look different this year but it was still fun to see everyone in their costumes having snacks and having some fun together! And I couldn't believe it but Mrs. Calice was Where's Waldo too!!

 

                             

I was a rag doll from the Fun With Ragdolls game. Mama helped me make my costume. It was simple and fun!

                              

                              

                              

I had two parties today! One with my distance learning classmates and one with the in-person school class. It was fun to see everyone!

Later we went to Auntie Nay Nay and Uncle Harvey's house to celebrate Papi's birthday. This is the first time we've been inside Auntie Nay Nay's house since the pandemic started. It sure was nice to see everyone and to spend time together. Even baby Lucas was there and he was all smiles!

                              

                              

                              

And then he was knocked out! Babies are funny!

                                

We had dinner and we got to sing and have ice cream cake. It was a super fun evening!

                               

We hope the pandemic is over soon so we can spend more time with our families soon. It's been too long!
