This morning Mama got a little surprise when she woke up. She had a little visitor outside her window. We think it was a little of Grandma's magic hanging out.

                               

                               

I got to help make breakfast this morning! We decided to make "sparkle" chocolate chip pancakes with these cool new chocolate chips that Mama's friend Mrs. Perillo brought over for us to try!

I did all the mixing and measuring...

                               

Then I even made all the fluffy pancakes in the pan...the only trouble I had was flipping them. Mama did that for me when I failed.

                               

And they turned out GREAT! Fluffy chocolate chip pancakes with whipped cream and bananas. And little smokies. YUM!

For dinner we got our Duck and the Peach food drop that was rescheduled from last week. WOW! Everything was so fresh and flavorful! The reheating instructions were easy and everything was amazing. 

We had roasted chicken and a short rib with polenta and duck fat potatoes and crispy brussels sprouts and carrots and a delicious kale salad with a lemon vinaigrette. So, So yummy!

Then I drew this awesome Pusheen R2D2! Mama said it was amazing!

                              

Today was a special day. It was the day for my first reconciliation! I got dressed nicely and Mama put pomade in my hair and I was ready for the action! 

                              

I was a little nervous so I made sure to practice while we sat in the pews.

                              

Then it was time to go. I got in line for Father Russo's confessional.

                               

                               

I did a great job and it was super quick and easy. And then I did my penance.

                                

                               

After confession I told Mama I wanted to go get a car wash. So we did! YAY! Car wash photos!!

                                

Then, since we couldn't have a little party or celebration, Daddy and Mama let me pick dinner from wherever I wanted. I chose Five Guys! And I even got to have a BLT AND a burger! And I got to save half of each for leftovers tomorrow.

Later I got a banana call from one of my buddies. I think it was a minion!

                               

                              

                               

Daddy and Mama put up our new led lights in our room. They're awesome and they turn every color under the sun!

                              

We love them and we're so excited about the new addition to our room!

                              

                               

                                

 Today we decided to stay and play on the playground after school again. It wasn't as warm as we thought it would be but it was great because a lot of my friends stayed to play! Harper and Molly and Harpers sisters!

                               

                                

None of my friends stayed so I just waited for Kai to walk up and hung out with Daddy and Mama!

                                

                                 

                               

                                

Then Daddy grabbed some empanadas from the Charlie's Empanada truck for our dinner. We were so excited!

                              

We all tried all of the great things that Daddy picked out and they were all so delicious!

                              

                              

Later we had a super fun movie night! We got to watch the new Tom and Jerry movie!!!

Daddy made us popcorn and candy and shirly temples! It was great and we loved the movie! It was a perfect Friday night!

Today was another sunny, mild day and the field is finally started to dry up and not be a muddy, swampy mess. So after school Mama let us run around with Stephen and Sophia for a little bit. 

                                

                               

Mrs. Rodriguez and her daughter Molly joined us outside. I was happy to play with Molly. She's in my class this year and I really like her.

                              

                              

                              

Then her daddy came to pick her up and brought their new puppy!! She's SO CUTE!

                               

                              

We had so much fun running around and enjoying some of the nice weather. It was a little breezy and chilly in the shade but we didn't feel it because we were running and playing!

                             

Later Daddy and Mama made some special cocktails with their new bar mixes. They sure looked good!
