Today was windy and chilly at the beach. Mama decided to try the salad box for lunch...it was fine. It's no Chopt but it was tasty.

Then Mama was so happy because we finally got to town!! And we were super happy too! So we headed to Kirby's for some dinner!

Can't go wrong with Kirby's! We had steamed shrimp and nachos and curly fries! It was great!

When we got home we went out to the beach to see the super moon and boy we we happy we did!

It was just gorgeous! It lit up the whole night!

It made the beach look like daytime. We're so glad we went to check it out. It was beautiful!

 This morning Mama dropped me off at school and then headed to the beach for book club day. And she had to make a stop at Casita Linda to get her favorite iced horchata latte!

Mama did some work and then headed to the beach to read and enjoy some of the beautiful weather. We wish we were there with her!

Later the author of the book that Mama's book club read joined their discussion. It was really interesting and fun. 

Later Mama tried to get a picture of the blue super moon for us but it was a little too cloudy so it didn't come out too well...Maybe tomorrow night!

 Today was the official first day of school! Off to 9th grade at DeMatha Catholic High School for me and 26th grade at the US Capitol for Daddy!

And off to 7th grade and 5th grade for us at St. Bernadette School! 

I was happy to see Mr. Brown and some of my friends as soon as we arrived. I'm happy that he will be one of my teachers this year again!

All the 7th grade boys lined up so Mama could get a photo of us! Here we go, hope it's a great year!

And off I go, into the world of high school!

It was a nervous but exciting morning. We hope it's going to be a great year!

And after school we were really happy to see Mama but we all had a great day!

And then we got to go to Miss Amy's house to visit the piggies. And since she was home we got to pick them up and play with them!

Those are some cute, fluffy piggies!

Later Mama made us a chicken parmesan pizza for dinner. It was so yummy and fun to make! A good back to school meal for our first day of school!

 Today is the last day of summer break for all of it. Tomorrow starts the first official day for us all! SO, today we got to be Mama's road dogs again and hit the grocery store for some lunch time staples for the week...

The store brand sodas were cracking me up! "Lemon Up, Dr. Perky, Mountain Lion" Hahahaha!

We were big helpers at the store and we got in and out quickly!

Then we got to accompany Mama to her office for a little while. It was fun looking around and hanging out in the meeting rooms!

This Giant conference room was amazing and huge! We felt very powerful in there!

Then we got to check out the swag closet. It was definitely full of some goodies!

Then it was haircut time for me! We were nervous but it actually turned out pretty well. Mama said I looked very handsome. Tomorrow, first day of school!
