This morning was awfully cloudy. We thought for sure that the sun was going to refuse to shine. But boy were we wrong! By late morning the clouds had all burned off and we decided to head down to the pool and enjoy the sunny, warmth! We played in the warm water and Daddy pushed Kai, Grandma and I in our floats! Then we had lunch al fresco, poolside. It sure was yummy.











Later we headed to Pinchers for happy hour. I brought my new monster truck Hummer and filled him with rocks and sand. There was a cool band there and I really enjoyed listening to them while I played in the dirt...Then we headed to Iguana Mia for dinner. It was so yummy and we sure did have fun. It was a really great day!

               

Today was an absolutely beautiful beach day! There wasn't a cloud in the sky. We went to the beach and we played and played. And some of us took naps...

                





In the morning Mommy, Grandma and I went out to the sand bar. It was low tide and there were tons of conch shells washed up. They were all alive and probably waiting for the tide to come back in to save them. We also saw starfish. It was pretty cool. Later Granddaddy dug us a hole that we played in and we played in the sand and then Daddy took me back out to the sand bar. The tide had come back in and it was a lot deeper and the waves were a lot bigger but it sure was fun!













Later we went to the north side of Ft. Myers beach for dinner. We had a ton of fun at Yucatan and then we went to the pirate store and then to have sushi for dinner. We had a great night!

                

Today was another great beach day! We got out a little late but still made the very best of it. We played in the sand and the surf. I took a nice, long nap. I played with a new little friend named Landon who was exactly my age and my brother played in the water with Grandma.







Later I made some friends on the beach and we played and buried each other and then Daddy came to play with us and we tackled him and had so much fun! Then we went out to dinner and Finn and I both ate a whole hot dog each! We were hungry little monkeys. We went home, Daddy boiled us in the shower, then we crashed. We were sleepy little guys from all the action today!

                

Today was a beautiful, sunny, warm beach day! Hooray!! We got ourselves together after breakfast and headed to our favorite spot. Finn and I played in the sand and by the shore. We played with shells and made castles and holes. Grandma and I even found some cool shells that I'm going to take to show to Mrs. Cihlar when I go back to school!!





Kai and I also took super duper naps on the beach today. When I woke up I got to hang out with Daddy and eat fruit and snacks. Then we went for a walk on the beach and checked out the water right before sun set. Then we went out to dinner and I got to eat a grilled cheese sandwich. It was a spectacular day at the beach!!

This morning Kai and I made sure to get up nice and early! We were excited to be on vacation in Florida! We hung out at home for a while because it was cloudy outside so it wasn't really a beach day. Then the sun started to come out and we decided to walk to the beach. Kai and I both fell asleep on the way to the beach and we slept for a really long time. This gave Mommy, Daddy, Grandma and Granddaddy a nice, relaxing happy hour! 





              

               



When we woke up we ate snacks and then played in the sand. It was so much fun! Daddy even took me down to check out the water but it was too cold to get in! Then we took a walk over to the Sandbar for dinner. I had a hot dog and it was delicious! Then we walked all the way home and Daddy and I raced everyone. We won!! It sure was a good day.





               

This morning Mommy and Daddy woke us up early and then Papi came over to take us to the airport! When we got there Grandma and Granddaddy met us then we went through security and off to wait for our airplane. I had a ton of fun on the airplane. I got to look out the window and play with the iPad and drink Sprite with ice and eat cookies. I sure do like going on an airplane ride with Mommy and Daddy, Finn and Grandma and Granddaddy.










I, on the other hand, am not a really good flier. As Mommy and Daddy say, I am "that kid" on the airplane. The one that no one wants to sit near. I squirm and I fidget. I can't get comfortable and I don't want to sit still. I want to get out of my seat and move around. I also won't sleep, which I always need to, but I just won't do it. On this flight I made sure I fell asleep when we had about 10 minutes left in the flight after fighting it for hours...Oh well. That's life!







When we got to Florida it was warm and sunny! We went to Costco and Target and got some essentials then we got unpacked and headed to Pinchers at the Holiday Inn. Daddy and I went in the water at the beach. Then Finn and I played in the sand. It was the best first night in Florida ever! We can't wait for all the fun we're going to have tomorrow!

Today I was sick, sick, sick! Mommy is worried because we have to get on an airplane tomorrow and I have been coughing and sleeping all day. Mommy says that sleep is good. Today we are staying in our pj's and in our house so that Kai and I are all better and ready for our trip tomorrow. I hope the warm weather makes us better soon!
