This morning all the boys, and Lucy, got to head to MeMa and PopPop's house while Mama ran some last minute errands for the Going Away party that we're hosting for Miss Lara and Pearl today at our house. We got to eat donuts and play. We had such a fun morning. Then Daddy took Jax home for his nap and Finn and I got to stay and hang out with our Grandparents!! Our guests arrived right on time and MeMa and PopPop brought us back right on time! All the adults were getting all the yummy food set up. Daddy set up the big sun umbrella for Mama to do our grilling during the torrential down pours! The kids played games and did dressing up and running around and we even got to play a super fun Jelly Belly jelly bean game! It was so much fun.

























Lucy and I shared a little cake and ice cream. Then it was time for some indoor bounce house fun! We all loved it and there were very few injuries. Nothing that we couldn't shake off. Our friends stayed at our house super late and we loved hanging out with all of them. We still can't really believe that our friend Pearl will  be living in California soon. I hope we can go visit her really soon!!



















                 

After everyone left we headed upstairs for a shower. But before the shower we had a little pillow fight where Finn proceeded to knock one of my two loose teeth out. I was a little bloody but pretty happy about it. One down, one to go!

                 

                 

This morning started with a check of our watermelon. Still growing away!! Then we headed to the new library in Down Town Silver Spring. It was so beautiful and so much fun! There were so many cool and colorful things to look at and touch! There were so many new books to read and take home. We even found some of my favorite Captain Awesome books! They had these really neat tee pee type interactive pods for kids to play in and each one had a colored polyurethane top with lots of cool stuff frozen into it. They had sensory tables and reading nooks, nice, comfy chairs and computers all around. And it was so high up in the air. We could see cars down below and buildings and sky as far as the eye could see. After we did a little exploring on our own we met up with my best buddy from school, Kacey, and his big brother and mom. We played in the Lego room and we had so much fun building all kinds of cool stuff. Then our friends Aidan, Rowan, Van and Pearl joined us. We had a great time with the Lego's. Kai didn't even want to leave! But we finally convinced him to come play with  us and then it was time to check out the books we wanted to take home and I got to get my VERY OWN LIBRARY CARD!! I was so excited and now I get to have a card just like Mama and Kai!













                 

                 





                 

                 



When we got home from our library adventure we had some lunch and Jax took a nap. Then I did a little bit of school work to keep me fresh for when I'm a big 1st grader!! While I did my work Finn did a little bounce house bouncing. Then we both did some painting!







                 

After dinner Mama, Lucy and I went for a nice, long walk. We met some deer friends on our way! They were just babies but they were still awfully big! It was so much fun exploring, checking out the birds and rabbits and cars and other dogs. And especially the BIG UPS truck I got to see. It was a great evening!
