This morning we headed over to Grandma and Granddaddy's house. Jax and I helped Grandma get her recycling bin back into the garage. We don't know what she would have done without us!

I helped Grandma peel eggs and Jax did some dishes. We sure were little helpers today!






Then we cut open our home grown watermelon. Mama was a little disappointed that it wasn't very red. She said we needed to leave it on the vine a little longer. BUT it sure did taste good. It was nice and sweet but our next one will be even sweeter when it's good and ready!






Then, although I fought it, I finally took a nice, long nap! And when I woke up I had some snacks and got to watch some Paw Patrol. Mama says that I have the life. I think I do!

                 

                 




Later Granddaddy came home and we all had some wresting time with him. Jax was like a WWE fighter. I was helping Kai get out of his grip! Then we went outside and got all hot and sweaty playing soccer. Kai and I had to relieve ourselves outside because Mama says, she guesses that's just what boys do...It sure was a fun day!

This morning we decided to pick our first watermelon! And boy was it a big one. Kai almost couldn't carry it! Then Mama tried a carrot...waa, waaa, waaaaa! It's the smallest little carrot you've ever seen. She's going to let them keep growing but we don't have much hope. Maybe all the neighborhood bunnies will enjoy them!

                







                



                 

                 

It was a warm one today so we headed to the Takoma Park Splash Pad to have some fun. We played in the park, we splashed around and got wet. It was a blast! Then we headed home for some lunch and Jax's nap!



















                 

                 

When we got home Finn and I got to play with our friends for a little while as Jax took his nap.

                 

                 

When Jax woke up we headed to Nana and Papi's house to have a yummy cook out! We had ribs on the grill and they were so tasty. And leave it to some ribs and corn on the cob to take care of my loose tooth! No more snuggle tooth for me! Hooray!! Jax played with Great Grand Papi. My brothers and I all ran around. We roasted some marshmallows, and we had a super fun night!

                 

                 

                 











                 



                

This morning Finn and I got to go to my friend Liam's birthday party at his pool, PG Pool. It was almost as nice as Calverton Pool! They had a really cool play area and an area with lots of big trucks that Jax would have loved. We had tons of fun hanging out with friends and swimming and running around and eating snacks. It was a Skylander's Party, a theme after my own heart! And it was perfect weather for a pool party. We had tons of fun!

                 





                







While Kai and Finn went to Liam's party with Mama I got to go to the new park with Daddy!! We had so much fun running around and climbing.  Then I got to go to Trader Joe's with Daddy. I picked pickles, Daddy picked coffee. That Daddy, he sure knows how to party!

               

                 

                  

                  

After the party we came home and then Jax went down for his nap so Kai and I went to run errands with Mama. We went to Wine Costco (Total Wine). We picked out some beer for Daddy, some Cava for Mama and some liquor...mama said that was for us. I think she meant to deal with us...hmmm. We've all been craving crabs so we decided to try out a crab spot near by. They had a super duper crab special and boy did they look and smell good. We couldn't wait to get them home to eat!









When my brothers and Mama got home I was just waking up from my nap. I was so happy to see them. And I was even happier to see the crabs they brought home. They were big and meaty! Mama let us all pick our own crabs. Kai did a great job. He's almost a pro. Finn is on his way but prefers to have his meat picked and fed to him. I eat whatever comes my way and then I just dip the shells in butter and eat that until more meat comes my way. Hey, whatever works!! But man those crabs were good. I kept saying, "Mo meat?"  Daddy also grilled some fantastic looking steak and some hot dogs for us so we could have some other things to eat. Mama made rice and tomato and cucumber salad. And I ate none of it. After dinner we went for a nice, long family walk. We had fun running around the hood. Saying hi to neighbors. Checking out squirrels and rabbits. Trying to walk off all the crabs we ate. Life is good...
