Today Mama took us to the down town Silver Spring library so we could get some new books to read this weekend while she's away on a girls weekend to Deep Creek Lake.  We were really excited because we found 3 new Captain Awesome books and we thought we had completely finished the series!! We got to run around and play and we even saw some big Wee Ahh's speeding down the road on their way to an emergency!

                 

                  

                  

                  

                 

                 

                 

Later we took a family walk with Daddy and Lucy. Then we met Grandma, Granddaddy, MeMa and PopPop at Pollo Mex for dinner. We had a fun time and a yummy time and then Finn was wiped out...





                  

                 

                 

                  

When we got home we took a nice, long bath. Jax didn't want to get out! Then we snuggled up in Daddy and Mama's bed to watch a show before bed. I had to do a treatment to make sure I kept breathing well all through the night!

                  

This morning we had a Daddy group hug! Then after breakfast Mama and I went on a little adventure. Just the two of us! First we went to the dog store to get Lucy some food. They had a cool beach doggie display that I loved and made Mama take my picture in front of. Then we went to Dunkin Donuts where I got to get a strawberry sprinkle donut. Just for me and no one else! I also checked out the super yummy looking ice cream cakes. I wish we could take about 4 of them home! Then I helped Mama get a few things at the grocery store. Mama dropped Finn off to play with me at home, Kai went to play with his friend Liam and Mama went to visit our new cousin, Ethan Thomas Brooke. He looks super cute and super little. We can't wait to meet him! While Mama was out running around we also got to take Lucy for a walk in the neighborhood with Daddy. It was a beautiful day!

                 

                 

                 

Later our Uncle BJ, MeMa and PopPop came over for a super yummy dinner to celebrate MeMa's Birthday! Mama made ribs and corn and cucumbers. It was so super tasty. I sure do love my Mama's ribs! We played games and ran around and had cake and played some more. We had such a good time and such a fun night. Then we took a bath and Daddy read us some books. I woke up in the middle of the night with a barking cough. That's usually Finn's job but I decided to take it this time! Mama and Daddy were worried because the cough was making me breathe funny. So I got to sleep in Mama and Daddy's bed!! That made me feel all better this morning! So we decided that we'd kind of hang around the house today and make sure everyone was feeling okay. After a while we decided to go get a car wash!! Jax has never been to a car wash so Finn and I showed him the ropes. It's pretty cool and fun to watch the car get cleaned from the inside!









After the car wash Mama took us to Parkway Deli for lunch. She thought some good old matzoh ball soup would make us all feel better. And we got to sit in miss MaryAnn's section and she took great care of us! Jax and I got to eat pickles from the pickle bar. We all tore up the soup. We all ate some of our lunch and then Mama even let us take some cookies home. It was a fun adventure. We asked if we could come back again. That was the fastest ordering restaurant ever. After dinner we took advantage of this beautiful weather and went on a nice, long family walk around the neighborhood. It sure was a good day!
