This morning when Mama was finally able to get us out of the house, we headed to Payless to get some new shoes for school. We can't believe it's time to shop for this stuff already but we gotta get it before it's all sold out! So we got our uniform shoes and our new play shoes.

                 

                

Then it was time to go get Daddy from the airport. We miss him so much and we can't wait to have him home with us after 3 long weeks without him!! BUT the beltway was at a complete stand still so Mama had to find us an alternate route! 

                 

We finally got our Daddy and then we headed to run some more errands. We did a Target run with Daddy and it's always more fun with him around!

                 

Then we went home, Mama made us all lunch and then Mama and I picked the crabs that MeMa and PopPop brought us. They were delicious!! We were so thankful for them. We even shared them with everyone else. I picked them for myself and Mama picked for Jax and Finn. They were tasty!!

                 

Then we went to meet up with our friends Colin, Maira, Maddy, Liam, Eli, Calvin, Samuel and Tobias and their parents at Franklin Knolls pool for an evening swim and pizza party! We had so much fun running around and swimming. I went down the slide a million times. Mama says I am one fearless little dude!





                

                

                 

                 

Daddy got in the water with us for a little while. Then we played with our friends and ate pizza and snacks and just had a fun summer evening. Jax and I played with our neighbor Mary and her friend at the playground. We swam until the pool closed at almost 9 o'clock!! Even though that pool is swampy and the bathrooms are disgusting, we still had a pretty fun time. Can't wait to hang out with our friends again soon!



                

                





                

                

This morning we got ourselves ready and headed to Grandma and Granddaddy's house. We spent the day reading and playing and running around and eating and wrestling and playing hide and go seek and just having a good old Summer day! We even got to see Granddaddy because he came home early from work today.











Then we headed home. We were hoping to beat the storms but we drove straight into them. Thankfully what we hit wasn't too bad! We got home safe and sounds.

                 

                 

It stopped raining and we headed to the Stained Glass Pub for dinner with the fam. We had wings and fries and pizza. It started pouring down rain again but when it stopped Papi took us to 7-11 for a special treat. It was a fun night but we can't wait until tomorrow morning when our Daddy finally comes home after being away for 3 weeks!!! 

                   



                  

                

                  

                     

                       

                 

                 

This morning we played and ate breakfast and then Grandma came over and played with us for a little while. We were so happy to see her. It feels like weeks since we've seen her!!







Then we all headed to Costco to get a few things. We had fun running around and eating samples!

                

                

                

                 

Then we ran into my buddy Charlie and his mom and sister!! I was really excited to see him! I'm even going to his birthday party this weekend! I can't wait.

                 

Then it was time to check out. Mama said we were like little wild animals! We agree!!





Then we got to go to McDonald's for lunch. We had fun. Mama even let us get a McFlurry when we were done with lunch. It was as gross as it sounds. But boy did it make us happy!





Then we had dinner together. It was delicious and then we all went to Trader Joe's for a few things. Kai just walked around reading his book like a library zombie. It was kind of funny. It's a good thing he didn't bump in to anything!! One more day and then Daddy will be home. We can't WAIT!!
