Today was a scorcher! So we headed to our first day at the pool this season! We picked up some PotBelly for lunch and got to eat it at the pool. I chose to eat and warm myself on the basketball court.



Then we all had a little picnic down by the basketball courts!

                                    

Then we spent the rest of the day in the pool! Splashing and jumping in and having a blast! It was so hot and the pool was so shockingly warm. Later we met Auntie Nay Nay, Uncle Harvey, baby Caleb, Nana and Papi at Burton's Grill for dinner. It was a lovely night...



                                   

Our dinner was delicious and we had so much fun hanging out with everyone. Even baby Caleb was so good! We're loving this long weekend!

                                    

Our friend Liam had a sleep over last night. This morning we got up and had a yummy eggs and bacon breakfast. It was the perfect way to start a long weekend!



Later Daddy and Mama took us to the go carting course to go for a practice run before we have Kai's birthday celebration there next week. We had a great time! Later, it was so warm out that Daddy let us have a water balloon fight with our buddy Joseph. It was so much fun! The cleaning up wasn't that great but I guess we gotta do it so the birds don't eat the balloon carcasses!

                                    

Later we went to our neighbor friends new porch party! I guess everyone is getting new porches! It was really nice and huge and they had great food and desserts. But we spent all of our time out on the trampoline. It was a super fun time! What a great weekend it's turning out to be!

                                    

                                    

                                    

Today, after the refrigerator repair man left, Mama spent the entire morning and afternoon working on the front porch. It was a glorious day and she got lots of work done on her outdoor office space!

                                    

Daddy came to school bright and early to help out with Field Day! We started with a Flash Mob dance and Daddy even got a little bit of it on video! 

Then Daddy got some shots of us working our way around the field day activities. Each one of us got a basket! It was hot and sunny today but Daddy kept sunscreen on us. He's a good Daddy!

                                    

We had a great day working hard for the Red House! I hope we won the most points for the house cup challenge!

                                     

And after school Emmett and Liam got to come to Mod Pizza with us for lunch! And then we all went outside to play on this amazing day!



                                    

This morning was Donuts for Dads in my classroom. We got to celebrate Dads for Father's Day since we won't get to do it when Father's Day really comes since we'll be out of school. We had donuts and coffee and lots of fun stuff for our Dads. It was really nice.



Later when we got home Daddy helped me make my Lego Monster Truck that I got from my friend Yafet for my birthday. It was so nice and fun to do it with Daddy! It was a great day!

                                    

                                    

It's spirit week at school and today was crazy sock day! Mama took a picture of us all getting ready for school because she said we looked so cute in our crazy socks! Jax wore storm trooper socks, I wore Christmas Tree socks and Finn wore Mardi Gras socks!

It was a beautiful day and after school we spend lots of time running around outside!

                                    

                                     

Then Mama and I played with her snap chat filters. One of them even made me look like a little girl!!

                                    

Then I showed off some of my birthday presents. I got a super cool Pokemon watch and an amazing Pikachu lamp for next to my bed. I love them so much!

                                    

                                     

Then we had a yummy homemade Chinese dinner. It was super tasty and so fun because Mama even bought us Chinese sodas!! 

                                   

                                    

Then it was time to head to my Spring Band Concert at school. Beginning band, here we come!

                                    

                                    

We all got in our places to play our few selections. Daddy and Mama said we did really well for the 7 minutes we played...



                                    

                                     

Then Mama took a video of the advanced band. They sounded just a little better than we did...

All in all it was a great night and I had fun playing my trumpet with my friends.

Today was my actual birthday and I was so excited to wake up and have presents to open!! So many fun things from Daddy and Mama and my brothers. I knew it was going to be a special day. And Daddy was even planning to bring donuts to my class for my birthday celebration! Hooray!

                                   

                                    



After school we came home and did homework. Then Kai headed to the field for his baseball game while Jax and I ran around and got ready at home. Then, with the sun shining full blast, it just started to pour down rain for no apparent reason! It was the weirdest, coolest thing! A huge spring shower. And we loved running around in it!







Then it was time for my game. The St. Bernadette Gold team was playing the St. Bernadette Blue team. We were winning almost the entire game. Then the final inning happened and they caught up and beat us by 2 runs. It was disappointing. Especially because we were gonna have to listen to them gloat about it at school tomorrow. After Kai's baseball game I got to decide where we ate since it was my birthday. And I chose McDonald's!! It was so yummy and fun. And we even ran into some of our friends there. It was a great way to end my birthday...



                                    

And even better was when I got home and saw that Mama made my bed with my new Pikachu bedding. It is so cute and soft and I love it SO MUCH! Best birthday ever!
