Last night we got to have a sleep over in Daddy and Mama's room even though today was a school day! There are some perks to this covid shut down and having school from home...

This little sneaky squirrel was just sitting in our front window for the longest time. It may have had something to do with the pumpkins on our front porch that he and his friends keep eating. Mama is about to toss those pumpkins in the woods so they'll stop making such a mess on our front steps!

After school I got to help Mama make the dinner that I picked out! Brisket, salad, mac n cheese and roasted asparagus! YUM.

When the brisket came out of the Instant Pot I glazed it with some bbq sauce before we stuck it under the broiler.

Then it was time to make the mac n cheese! Kraft, my favorite!

Finn and Mama sure did a good job. Everything turned out so delicious!

Later we all played in our new and improved play room together!

Today after school my brothers and I went to our school to help load up the van with all of the food and turkeys that we collected for the Father McKenna center. We were able to collect over 80 turkeys, sides and other things to make over 60 meals and still donate a check for over $500 to their food pantry. It felt good to help and to also see some of our friends helping out too!

Later I got to go to my best buddy Michael's outdoor Birthday party! I was so excited and I got to see some of my friends from school. We bounced on the trampoline and ran around.

                               Untitled

Then we all snuggled up on our blankets and chairs to watch Home Alone on the big screen! It was so much fun and I'm so glad I got to go to the party! We all also got to take home a super comfy special blanket. I think I'll sleep with mine tonight!

While Jax and Daddy were at the Mele's house we went to Auntie Nay Nay and Uncle Harvey's house for a s'mores party!

They had a great fire pit that Uncle Harvey built and then we got to make our s'mores! And run around and play.

Later for dinner we cut into the sour dough bread that Mr. Hershberger made for us. We had it with Mama's creamy roasted mushroom soup and Daddy's beautiful salad! What a great dinner!

This morning Mama went shopping for the St. Bernadette Greater Love program so that we could donate turkeys to the Father McKenna program that give to needy families for Thanksgiving. She got LOTS of turkeys!

                               Untitled

Then Mama did some cooking for us! Her famous creamy roasted mushroom soup was on the way!

                               Untitled

AND...ox tails for ME! oh, and everyone else I guess. I don't want to but I will have to share!

The soup was done and smelled great but it will have to wait until tomorrow.

                               Untitled

Then it was time to drop off the turkeys. There was a whole crew there to help unload the goods!

Then it was time for our ox tail dinner. And boy was it tasty! Bravo mama and the Instant Pot!
