Today was a gorgeous Saturday and it was all soccer all the time! I had my game at Holy Redeemer where we swiftly got our butts kicked...but we had fun!

 

   

My game was at the same time at St. B's and we played pretty darn good and won our game. We did so well that the team after us was short players and asked if I could stay and play in their game. So I did!

   

Then it was time for Nana's 60th Birthday Party!! It's been such a long time since Nana and Papi have had any events at their house so it was so great to have such a beautiful day to have an outdoor celebration!

   

                                  

Our buddy Stephen got to come with us because his parent were at the wine festival. Hooray for us!

                                   

We were so excited to celebrate our Nana! There was a DJ and singing...

Then we decided to wait on a very special surprise that Auntie Nay Nay organized...

                                   

THE MR. SOFTEE ICE CREAM TRUCK!!

                                 

                                  

                                   

We got to order whatever we wanted. Sundaes and soft serv and chocolate dips! It was amazing!

                                   

                                   

   

                                    

It was so great! and we even got to have seconds!

                                   

   

   

THEN...the mariachi band arrived! It was so cool and they sounded great!

   

 

                                   

   

Then we got to watch the amazing slide show that Auntie Rita put together. There were some pictures of Nana and Papi when they were REALLY young! It was really cool!

   

   

   

Then Papi made a bonfire! It was HUGE!

                                     

Then we went home with Daddy and Mama hung out with the adults for a little while longer. It was a great night and a great party! Happy 60th Birthday Nana!

                                   

                                  

                                   

                                  

And of course the family singers kept on singing into the night!

                                    

                                   

 Today was an amazing, gorgeous day and we got to have our pizza outside again.

                                   

And this time we got to spread out on the front lawns of the school instead of the back field.

   

   

It was fun to see Daddy and Mama doing pizza lunch!

                                   

                                    

I got to use my new yoga mat and it worked perfectly and it was so comfy!

                                  

   

It was such a nice, sunny, cloud free day!

   

It was also great to spread out with our classes and all our friends with plenty of space all around us!

                                  

   

And Daddy did all the heavy lifting...as usual! Daddy is a great volunteer at our school!

                                   

And after Pizza lunch Daddy and Mama treated themselves to a froze at the Eleanor in Downtown Silver Spring!

                                   

On the way home they saw that the old Mrs. K's Tollhouse has their new sign up for the new restaurant, Zinnia! The end of an era!

                                   

                                    

After school my buddy Tobias got to come over and play with us! 

                                    

And Conall came over too! It was a full house of boys!

                                    

Then it was time to head to the field. This amazing day turned into a gorgeous evening and a perfect Friday night on the field! 

                                   

                                  

We saw all of our friends and got to run all around the field with everyone. It was such a fun night!

                                 

                                   

   

   

Finn had to leave to play a soccer game at the Soccer Plex in Gaithersburg but when he came home he brought Stephen with him! So we all came back to our house and played some Oculus and ran around!

   

   

   

                                    

                                   

It was a boys night for sure! Mama is so outnumbered it's not even funny! 1 Mama and 6 boys in the house!

                                 

                                  

It was a great Friday night!
