Tobias's mom took this picture of us still sleeping at 10:30 on Sunday morning!! That's what happens when you stay up from a sleepover until the wee hours of the morning! 

                             

For lunch we decided to try out Fryers - the new chicken place on New Hampshire Avenue. It was pretty tasty and they use Woodmoor bakery bread for their meals which is more great news!

   

   

Later MeMa and PopPop came over to hang out with us and have dinner with us! I showed them what I'm learning in guitar!

                              

   

Then Daddy showed them his new toy, the Bartesian cocktail maker...

                               

                              

And we got to have some mocktails! We are spoiled little things!

                              

                             

Dinner was delicious and we had a great visit with our Grandparents!

   

   

                             

 This morning I went with Mama to run some errands. I got to help out at the grocery store and I even learned how to weigh our produce and print the price tags!

                              

                              

Then we made a quick pit stop over to Nana and Papi's to check on the progress of their pool!!

   

   

   

It's looking amazing and already has the shape of a pool! We can't wait for it to be done and for us to be splashing around this summer!

                             

Later we went to our friend the Filburn's house. We hung out by the fire pit, we ran around and played laser tag outside and then we all got cold and came inside to eat chili and pizza and hot dogs and snacks!

   

   

We even got to celebrate some birthdays!

                            

                              

Then I got to go to my friend Tobias's house for a sleep over! I got to face time with Mama while I was there!

                              

We had so much fun running around and playing video games and eating snacks and staying up SUPER late!!!

 

Today we FINALLY got to go visit our new, blue eyed, baby cousin Naomi! She is SO CUTE!

                               

                             

We were so happy to finally meet her. She is the sweetest little baby! We loved visiting her and holding her!

                               

                               

She was talking to us and looking at us!

   

   

                              

                              

We were talking to her and making faces and sticking our tongues out like she was...

            

                              

   

And she was even smiling and laughing at us! She's such a little cutie. We can't wait to visit her again soon and hopefully see our cousin Caleb too!

   

                               

   

Then she sat in her motion seat and fell quickly asleep!

                             

                             

For dinner we met our family at a new place by Nana and Papi's house called Fidel's. It's a Peruvian place.

                               

   

And boy was it delicious! We had chicken and quesadillas and lamb chops and pork chops and ceviche!

   

Everything was amazing! We'll be back for sure!

   

When we got home the weather was still kind of mild so my brothers and I ran around outside for a bit. It was a prefect Friday night!

                              

                             

This morning Nana and Papi sent photos of their pool being dug! They're making progress and we might even have a pool to jump into at their house this summer!! 

 

Then after dropping us all off at school, Mama headed to the beach house! 

                              

                             

After she had some meetings and got some work done she went for a nice walk on the beach since it was still fairly warm and not raining out!

   

Even when it's cloudy the beach is beautiful!

                              

                              

                              

   

Mama took a walk over to the Carousel to see how long it takes from our street (about 5 minutes) and to take a look around at our beach pool prospects...They were fixing some of the dune fences. They sure do take good care of our dunes in OC!

                               

Mama was even able to find some broken dune fence pieces for her friend Catherine who makes crafts with them!

                               

And she got a picture of one of the last beach front houses by us that will soon be taken down because it's not in good shape. Sad to see it go!

                            

We got to talk to Mama before she headed to her book club meeting. We sure wish we were at the beach with her but we're glad she got to make it down for her book club meeting!

                                            

Mama bought a couple of books at her meeting. Then she came home and got to have a glass of wine while she watched some of her shows. We can't wait to see her tomorrow and she can't wait to get home to see us!
