Today is MARDI GRAS! And we're really sad to not be in New Orleans this year. We hadn't really thought much about it but we wish we would have planned ahead and scheduled the trip. Daddy and Mama have agreed that we can go next year for sure! 

Mama made an early morning trip to the bakery. They were all decked out with their mardi gras yummies! 

Mama loaded up the car with lots of King Cakes for our classes. She brought them all home and hid all the babies so we could find them in class! 

We were really excited to bring this treat in to our classes and we think our classmates are really gonna like it!

                                       

                                      

And we even got to have some king cake after dinner tonight since Mama bought one for us to keep at home too! Hooray! and Happy Mardi Gras!

Today was cloudy but much warmer. We took some cool pictures out on the beach! 

                                  

After Daddy and Mama got us all packed up and the house cleaned we headed over to Dumsers on our way out of town. We decided on some snacks and...

                                      

We got to share a brownie sundae!! Wow was it yummy! And the soda jerk split it in two so we could all reach and all get some of the yumminess. That was really nice of her!

                                         

After our little hit the road snack we actually did hit the road. The sky was giving us a show on our way home.

There were cool clouds and skies the whole way home!

Even when we got to the bridge and the sun was setting. It was a pretty way to come home even if we were sad to be heading back from the beach!

                                       

It was a beautiful day at the beach today. It was a bit windy and chilly on the beach but still beautiful none the less! 

We decided to hit Alley Oops to play some games and we even got to do some bowling. It was so much fun!

                                    

                                      

                                      

Then we got to go to Higgins on 31st street. Daddy and Mama wanted to celebrate my acceptance to DeMatha and my choice was crabs! Sadly because of the boat show almost everywhere was sold out. Thankfully Higgins had some and they were delicious!

                                    

                                     

We all got to benefit from Kai's celebration choice! And we had so much fun hanging out and eating crabs!

                                    

It was a super fun day but every day at the beach is fun!

Then it was off to Old Pro for some indoor golfing fun! We did the underwater adventure this time. We love this place!

                                     

                                      

                                      

Everyone managed to get a hole in one this time but no one won a free game at the end. Oh well, I guess we can't win every time!

                                      

Today we decided on some Laser Tag! Daddy even joined us! It was pretty crowded so we only played one game and we'll come back later this weekend to play our second game.

                                      

                                       

                                       

After we did some laser tag we headed to Lombardi's for dinner. Thankfully we got in right away because everything in Ocean City is packed because of the boat show!

                                      

Lombardi's never disappoints! Everything was delicious as usual!

And we had a great time, as usual. We sure do love being at the beach, summer or winter!

 Today we got up and headed straight back down to the pool while Daddy went to get us some Dunkin to share with our friends!

                                      

                                     

                                      

We all played some pool basketball and hung out in the hot tub inside and outside!

                                      

We even did a little more damage in the arcade! We had so much fun!

Then it was time for everyone to check out and head their separate ways. We made a quick stop at the Harriet Tubman museum in Cambridge before heading off to the beach!

                                       

                                      

                                      

When we were on our way to the beach I got some great news over email! I was accepted into DeMatha Catholic High School and I was even offered an academic scholarship. Daddy and Mama, and even I, am so proud!

Later it got chilly and rainy at the beach and it was a perfect night to try Pho Char Grill for some Pho!

                                 

We got a seafood Pho and a Brisket and pork pho and both of them were so amazingly delicious! We loved it! It was a great first night at the beach!
