Wow, this must be when things got busy and where we left off...all good things. Cold Bobcats soccer matches at the Soccer Plex, Dematha scholarships and awards, school overnight trips for 7th grade...

 

 

 

 

                                           

                                             

We had a really fun week in Duck exploring all of our favorites and just having a great time! We went to the Dunes! 

                                     

                                       

   

   

   

Enjoyed some yummy food at I Got Your Crabs! 

   

                                       

   

I got a giant beef jerky stick which I did not share with anyone and ate the entire thing!

                                       

We got a lot of hot tub time in over the course of the week. Even Daddy and Mama joined us once or twice!

   

We took in some epic sun sets from the widows walk. And Mama made us pose for lots of pictures, of course!

   

   

   

We all found our Easter baskets on Easter morning! They were chock full of goodies!

                                       

The weather was perfect for sitting outside and reading books in the sunshine!

                                        

We even got some great beach time in! We got to enjoy some warm weather and we found a fish that Daddy and Mama made us keep away from them!

   

   

   

                                         

We had a spectacular Easter dinner with steaks and king crab legs!

   

and a mini carrot cake! YUMMY!

                                        

And we made sure to get lots of our favorite junk food in this week - Duck Donuts, Donutz on a stick, candy, etc, etc...

                                        

                                        

We also ran into old friends! That is always fun!

   

And we spent time at Sunset Grill's outdoor bar. It was a great time!

 Today we braved the rain and the roads and the traffic and headed to the Outer Banks! 

                                  

And we weren't disappointed! We were greeted with sunny, blue skies and warm weather and sand between our toes! It was a great way to start Spring Break!

 

                                      

   

We thought it was going to be colder out on the beach but we were pleasantly surprised. The sun was nice and warm and some kids were even out in the water!

                                     

   

   

                                       

We sure are lucky to have a fun place to escape!

                                     

Tonight Daddy and Mama went to the Pub's Spring cocktail party. Everyone was so fancy and it looked very nice! They had lots of fun with Miss Heather and Miss Amy! When we get bigger we'e going to go to those parties. Or at least be our parents designated drivers!!
