This evening our neighbor Mr. Hershburger brought over their new puppy Stella! And of course her big brother Tucker!

                                     

                                     

We were so excited to meet her! She was so cute and so little and made us want a little puppy of our own. But Daddy said not to get any big ideas!

                                    

                                    

                                    

                                    

                                    

                                    

Stella loved exploring our yard. And she got very sad and cried any time we moved away from her!

                                    

Then it was time for my soccer practice! It was such a nice evening that everyone stayed up at the field and played and hung out while I had my practice!

                                    

                                    



After Finn's practice we met Micheal J, Miss Alyssa and Miss Heather at Red Maple. Man was it good. We had such a fun, yummy dinner! And it was beautiful too! And it was the perfect way to start a super, duper long weekend!!



                                    

                                     

                                    

                                    

                                    

Tonight Daddy went to the Caps game with his friend Russ. And boy did they have good seats!

                                    

                                    

We got to see Daddy a lot on tv. Sadly the Caps lost but it was fun to see Daddy at the game!

                                     

                                    

Tonight after dinner Mama put our Halloween cookie houses together so that we could decorate them! 

                                    

                                   

We had all our supplies and we were off to a great start!

                                    

                                     

I was excited to create another masterpiece!

                                     



                                    

We all worked really hard on our houses and made them look awesome!

                                     

                                      

We may have nibbled a few pieces of candy here and there...

                                     

And we had a lot of fun and giggles!

                                     

                                    

Mama said they turned out great! We agree!

                                    

Today was the St. Bernadette Fall Festival and boy did it start out right with the grill guys in the back chopping up some delicious pulled pork butts!! Boy was it good.



We got to hang with all our friends. The skies were gray but the air was warm and there was so much fun stuff to do. Bounce house, bingo, cake walk, vendor tent, pony rides, games, face painting, Irish dancers, hair painting and more!

                                    

And we were so happy because MeMa and PopPop came to join us and even Uncle BJ and Ana Sloan came to join the fun!





And I won a cake in the cake walk! Boy does it look good...to me! Mama said it looked gross. But I plan to eat as much candy off of it before it gets tossed in the trash at home!

                                    

                                    

                                    

And I even won this cute fish! It was a great Fall Fest. Can't wait for the next one!

                                    

This morning Mama had to take Finn and Stephen to their 8am soccer game all the way in Mitchellville! Then they came back to watch Jax's morning game. After the game Connall, Jax and I got to walk home alone...kind of, Daddy followed behind us at a safe distance.

                                    

Later, I got to drive us all to the Woodmoor Oktoberfest party in our neighborhood. I'm a pretty good driver as long as we're just going straight.

                                     

It was great that we got to see lots of friends when we got there! And they had great food and music. At the end we ran into this Pug that Conall decided to have a chat with! Then we all headed back to our house. It was a successful Oktoberfest. We can't wait until next year's party!

                                     

                                        

We got to hang out for a while and then Conall and Stephen had to go home. Later we went to the Lynnmoor block party. We went in the bounce house and rode scooters and had treats and I even made this awesome chalk picture on the street. It was a busy, great day!

                                    

                                    

Today was great because it was FRIDAY! And Pizza lunch! And the Powder Puff football game at our school! It was so much fun!

                                     

After the game Stephen and Conall got to come spend the night at our house. It was a super fun night!



I even got to take a nice, warm, soapy bath! Best night EVER!

                                    

                                    

Today we got to get all of our Halloween decorations up. Daddy and Mama and all of us worked hard to get it all looking great and we were SO excited!



We placed all the gravestones where they belong and Mama put them all in the ground.



Mama put up the lights and Daddy got the spot lights just right! It was a team effort and we're so happy to have it done. We love Halloween!
