Today I got to make banana bread mostly all by myself! It was so fun and the house smelled amazing! 

                            

                            

                              

And it turned out GREAT! We all enjoyed it!

   

It was another scorcher of a day so we decided to hit the pool! And our friend Conall got to come with us!

                            

                             

It was so hot out that even Mama spent most of the day in the water with us! She got to read her book from the pool!

   

Then we had lunch delivered from Pizza Boli's because the snack shack never opened up in time for lunch! We hope they get their act together before the end of the season!

   

                           

   

We played some basketball in and out of the water, we played and swam in the well. It was lots of fun!

                        

                             

                               

                            

   

Then Daddy came to join us after work and he brought our pool noodles for Noodle Night!

   

                            

   

   

                             

We stayed at the pool from noon until 7pm! I think it's a record for us but we were having so much fun! Then Conall got to come to our house to play for a little while. It was so fun!

   

                          

                           

 This morning Mama met Miss Amy and Miss Heather at Republic to celebrate Miss Heather's Birthday with bruch. It looked super yummy!

                            

   

   

Then she stopped by the Holly Avenue house where the garage was finally being emptied!

   

And when Mama got home I got to color my hair! It looked great!

                             

Later we all gathered to say one last farewell to the house that most of the Moreno's and lots of the grandkids grew up in! This house has been in Mama's family since the 1960's so it was bitter sweet to say goodbye!

   

   

                            

   

   

   

It's weird to see all the rooms empty but we said goodbye in typical Moreno fashion with an impromptu get together outside where we gathered and remembered all of the time spent here.

                             

                             

   

   

                            

                             

                              

Lots of happy, sad and everything in between happened here at 7109 Holly Avenue in Takoma Park!

After hanging at Nana and Papi's old house we went to Pacci's to check out their new outdoor dining area. It was really cool!

                             

And delicious as usual! It was a great evening!
