Then I did a little relaxing in the living room with Lucy and the iPad.
Then I saw Mama coming into school. We were having our bathroom break before going out to recess and she was heading down to Finn's class to watch them while Mrs. Zagone went to the teachers Christmas luncheon. It was fun to see Mama in the middle of the day.
When mama got to my class we were drawing a picture of a reindeer! Then it was time for us to eat our lunch. Mama got to hang out with us during our lunch. Then she read some of us the Ninjabread Man book. Then our friend Ben read us the Polar Express book! Then we did some art work and drawing and had tons of fun. It was exciting having Mama as our "substitute" teacher for a little while.
While Mama was at the boys school Daddy and I got to spend the day together! We hung around the house for a while. Then Daddy took me to Open Gym! We had so much fun. I did the trampoline and blocks and tumbling. It was a great time. Then Daddy took me to my favorite place for lunch...Chick Fil A!! Hooray!
After Mrs. Zagone got back Mama and some of the other moms got Ms. Bulley's room all ready for us to decorate gingerbread houses and ice cream cone Christmas trees. We were all so excited! There was so much candy and sprinkles and sweet stuff! It was AMAZING!
I had so much fun putting the icing on and adding all of the extra's. I even made a little snowman out of marshmallows! We all got sticky and there was icing everywhere. And boy were there a lot of sprinkles on the floor. I sure am glad Ms. Bulley has a vacuum cleaner in her room!
These are just the creations made from my class alone! They were amazing and so creative! Some people even made sleigh's out of mini candy canes! And at the end we were even allowed to eat a few pieces of candy! What a fun way to spend the afternoon.
Then the kindergartners came out for recess and it was so awesome because my class was outside too so we all got to play together. Finn and his friends played with me and Liam and some of my other friends. We had a blast. And we got to say goodbye to Mama. Even though she was coming to pick us back up in less than an hour! It sure was a good day!
When mama got home I made this amazing magna block castle! Until Lucy knocked it over!!
Then we got to say goodnight to Nana and Papi before we went to sleep. We have a big day tomorrow. We have to perform our Christmas pageant for the 8th graders. It's our most important practice until our performance for our families on Friday! I'm really excited.
