Tonight was my Confirmation! we started by having some pasta and salad at home with all of my grandparents. And trying on my robe!
Then it was off to St. Bernadette Church to wait in our pews for the mass and ceremony to start. At least we had reserved pews so we didn't have to find a place to sit!
It was fun hanging out with our buddies before it all got started.
We were less than thrilled...the things we do for our bother!
Please don't let this be more than an hour long, please don't let this be more than an hour long...
Finally the event was underway!
I'm confirmed! And I was really lucky to have Mr. Coll as my sponsor!
We were all glad to be there with our Nana and Papi and MeMa and PopPop! They made a very long night much better!
Then it was time for the class photo with the Bishop and priests and Monsignor...
We were all really excited to see Father Russo there to join in the mass! He was like a celebrity. Everyone wanted to talk to him and take a photo with him!

It was a great night, we're all confirmed and now it's time to party!
With cupcakes and our friends! One step closer to the end of our 8th grade year. Bitter sweet for sure!
And when we got home we got to dig into Kai's edible arrangement that Daddy and Mama got him to celebrate his confirmation! Lucky us!
