Today was a super fun day. In the morning we headed to the library to return our books and get lots and lots of new ones! The library was super crowded and they even had special things for us to do. Kai and I got to make book marks and draw pictures. We also played some Lego's, looked for books, played with puzzles Jax did a little reading of his own.



                



                

                 

                

When we came home we had lunch then Jax went to take a nap. While Jax was napping Mama read us one of our whole chapter books, Captain Awesome!! It's a good thing we took 2 out of the library. Then we went to play outside for a bit. We did some exploring and hunting for pebbles. Then we came inside to make Lucy a cake for her birthday. We made it half strawberry, half chocolate. Then Mama iced it for us!

                 

                 





                













After dinner we sang "Happy Birthday" to Lucy and we helped her blow out the candles on her birthday cake. Then we got to share it with her and it sure was tasty! I don't think Lucy really enjoyed wearing her party hat. I'm pretty sure she was hating on us really bad at that point, but she sure looked cute! Then we gave her some flank steak for dinner and we all went on a nice, hot, family walk!



















                

                









Then Mama cut everyone's hair. And after our hair cuts we took a shower. And after our shower we were horsing around and I got in a fight with the bed. The bed won...
