Well, here we go...another first day of school. This crazy year all 3 of us are heading to school in person. My home school days are over sadly. BUT Mama swears that this will be a great year for all of us. We'll see...I am starting 7th grade, Finn starts 5th and Jax is going to 3rd.
We all met up on the blacktop like the old days. We didn't get to do this last year.
We found our teachers and our friends and got in our lines for the first day of school welcome and prayer!
Mama was a little sad because she said we're all growing up way too fast! She can't believe we're all in the grades that we're in now!
We're looking forward to hanging with all of our friends in person and learning good stuff and having a safe school year!
I was also really happy to see some of my friends that I didn't get to see last year because they only learned virtually all year.
After the prayer and we all went in with our teachers, all the Daddy's and Mama's got to have some coffee and donuts before heading home. Lucky ducks!
When Daddy and Mama came to pick us up we were all smiles (they think, can't tell with our masks on)!
We all had a great day! Especially since it was a half day! Even the tweenager even though he likes to pretend that school stinks...

And in true half day tradition fashion we got to go to MOD Pizza for lunch!!! It's been a long time since we've been here and thankfully it was empty except for us so we got to hang out and eat our pizza in peace!
And then, what's a first day of school without a first day of school car wash?!
Later we all got to help with dinner and making banana bread!
Finn and I made the banana bread while Kai made chicken in the instant pot and roasted potatoes!
It was fun and everything turned out GREAT!
