School was cancelled today to prepare for the bad weather coming our way so it was our first official "snow day"! We were so lucky to get a surprise visit from MeMa and PopPop before they went home to hunker down for the storm.







Then we had some iPad time, some dotter paint time, some running around time, some snack time, some lunch time. You know, the usual!



Mama got all of our snow gear ready for when we decide to go out and play!



Then we watched the Blizzard of 2016 coverage...then we all took the first naps of the Blizzard of 2016!





                  

                 



Then it was time to head outside and frolic in the first of the snowfall! We were all geared up and excited to get outside and play!

                 

                 

                



Then the Taylor's told us that we could come use their hill to sled down. They have a really good sledding hill! We were having so much fun!!

                 

                 

It was really fun out there but it sure did get cold. We decided to head inside and have some hot chocolate with marshmallows!! Mmmm Mmmm!



And some chips before dinner...because, hey, why not?

                 

                 

Oh and some cocktails for Mama and Daddy!!
