We set up right in the main strip median with our blanket and all our goodies! It was so nice and toasty out in the sunshine!
I had some of my leftover pizza for lunch and my brothers had sandwiches. We had plenty of snacks and good stuff in our cooler!
The trees were in full bloom and looks so pretty especially with the clear blue sky as a background!
We got to read books and lay about. We played and ran around. It was so nice to just relax in this cozy spot with a canopy of cherry blossoms and willows!
I even got to bring Buddy, my class mascot, with us to Kenwood to enjoy the cherry blossoms!
Then we got to go to our favorite spot, the little creek! We got to explore and splash around.
We even came across what we think may be tadpole eggs! We made sure not to disturb them!
It was just such a perfect day! We spent lots and lots of time in Kenwood enjoying the beautiful weather and just hanging out in nature.
Then we got to go get a carwash!! We love our carwashes!!
Then we hit Costco for the essentials! Oh and snacks!
Oh and fruit smoothies! It was a perfect hookey day! We are the luckiest boys around!
