Then it was off to our cousin Joni and Bobby's house for a family pool party! And boy was it hot outside. It was the perfect day to relax in the beautiful water! Ice cream float...get it?!
We played with toys, we jumped off the diving board. We hung out with our cousins. We had a blast.
Then cousin Bobby grilled up some great snacks! We had hot dogs and grilled chicken. Potato salad and coleslaw, fruit and all kinds of goodies!
Boy was it hot in the sun. We all ended up in the pool. It was too hot not to be!
Then we went inside to say hi to the bunny and the dogs and cats...
And then...our favorite thing, Cousin Bobby took us for a ride on the golf cart! We got to go to the woods and see the creek and explore around their neighborhood. It was AWESOME! Maybe one day we'll get to be the drivers. We hope, we hope!
Then Mama captured some photos of the amazing butterflies that were everywhere on the butterfly bushes and other flowers. They were beautiful. And they were everywhere!
Then it was off to Uncle Bruce and Aunt Wendy's house for a Rupert, Shaeffer Sunday family dinner! And boy was it good! Uncle Bruce smoked a pork butt and chicken wings! My pictures didn't turn out that great but boy was it delicious!
And Jax took a nice, long snooze on the couch! It was a long weekend with lots of fun in the sun and swimming in the pool!
Then I woke up and got to hang out with some of my cousins. I was so happy to see everyone!
We did some relaxing and hanging with our family. Then it was time to head home. It sure was a great weekend!
