Today was another scorcher! There was just no relief and it was even too hot to go to the beach! So, we decided to spend the morning at the pool so that Daddy and Mama could clean the house up and pack up while we played! That pool sure felt good!



                                    

                                     

After our half day at the pool we decided to head to the board walk. But first we made a stop at Hat World. This one really made us giggle!

                                     

Then, since we were the only crazy people to be outside in this heat, we got to choose whichever rides we wants to ride because there was no chance of a line! As soon as we got on they started it up. No chance of anyone else getting on..

                                    

                                    

                                    

                                    

Even the people working the rides were melting in the heat. They had water and bags of ice on their necks! But a ride on the Rockin Tug was good fun!





Then a ride on our favorite Western train!





And of course the Merry Mixer!! Then we had enough of rides. Too hot!

                                    



                                    

Then it was off to the air-conditioned arcade!! Now that was more like it!

                                    

                                    

And of course some Thrashers French Fries! There wasn't even a line for those!
  
                                     

                                    

                                    

                                    

Then we got some Khor's Brothers frozen custard for our ride home. And boy was it good and kept us nice and cool!

                                    

                                    

                                     

It was a good way to end the day and end our weekend trip to the beach. Next stop, Silver Spring!
