Afterward we headed to Costco. First we tested out all the couches.

We even tested out the toilet paper display. Pretty comfy I must say...

After our shopping trip we went to the new teriyaki shop that also sells super cool ice cream! We couldn't wait to try the ice cream!

Finn got strawberry. First they put strawberries on the flat frozen surface. Then they chopped up the berries. Then he added a cream to it and mixed in the berries. As he mixed it the cream became frozen like ice cream! It was amazing.

Once the cream was frozen, the man spread it thinly along the frozen surface. Then he used the knife to shave it into ice cream rolls. It was brilliant! And so cool. We got to add toppings and it was so delicious!

Jax got a birthday cake version and I got a nutella flavor. It was so cool and so neat to watch. And tasty to boot! We loved it.

Then we got to go get a car wash! Hooray for car washes!

Later we all decided to work on dinner together and everyone contributed! My brothers and I worked on our America's Test Kitchen Kids Caesar Salad recipe. First we had to shred the Asiago cheese!

Then we arranged the cheese on parchment paper to bake into cheese crisps.

I got to mince the anchovies while Finn mixed up all of the dressing ingredients in a big bowl.

And I got to chop up the Romain lettuce with Daddy's assistance!

Then Mama got the pork chops on the grill!

And voila! The salad were done. And boy were they beautiful! Our whole meal looked gorgeous. And it tasted even better than it looked!

Then we stopped at our neighbors, the Craver's, to test out their granddaughters carnival game that Mr. Dale made for her birthday party. And then off to a family walk. It was a great day!
