This morning Mama and I got up early to take in the sunrise and we were not disappointed! It was a beauty, as usual!

Nothing beats sunrise on the beach. And little fox paws in the sand. Oddly we haven't seen our foxy friends this trip like we did last time!
And boom! Just like that we see our little friend on the way home! Sneaky little guy!
Then Mama went to pamper herself before the new year with a much needed pedicure! She decided to go sparkly!!
We added some fun stickers to our drink fridge!
Then we went outside to play with the remote control car AND to test out the drone!!
Mama got nervous with us using the drone so close to the street (we had a couple of emergency landings way too close to the road) so we moved the operation to the beach where we had plenty of space to fly and land safely!
Jax and I have become experts on maneuvering the drone! We are LOVING it!
I prefer to stick to the remote controlled car! The drone kind of scares me
Next stop was the boardwalk so we could get our boardwalk fries and walk around a bit!
It was a lovely evening, not too crowded and we made it in just the nick of time to get our fries before the shop closed up for the night!
Plenty of people walking around, enjoying the new board and the mild evening.
The sun setting out over the inlet looked great. We had to go check it out for ourselves.
But first Daddy had to get our fries all prepared and perfected! Lots of vinegar and salt please!!
Then we were off to the model train display at the convention center. It was so cool and we got to do a scavenger hunt within the scenes. There was a Christmas display and a Plasticville display. Both were very cool!
Then we hit up Bad Monkey for dinner. We haven't been here in so long and it never disappoints! We had a great time and a great meal
And we got to see this dude and his luxurious hair! Jax asked Mama why she took a picture of "that lady"- he was very surprised to learn that was a boy...
Then it was off to Winterfest of Lights! One of our favorites!
We all laughed at the new Ocean City Logo. It's a mix of Kraft macaroni and cheese, IKEA, children's art. We don't get it and we don't particularly like it either!
But the lights display did not disappoint as usual. What a nice show and there are just so, so many lights! We love it and we picked the perfect night because it wasn't too cold out!
We love how everything reflects in the water. It looks so pretty!
On our way out we saw this cool car with color changing LED lights underneath.
Then it was off to Dumsers for dessert! We got to sit at the new soda counter and it was so awesome!
There's the lady making our banana split and Jax's hot cocoa!
It was so delicious and the counter was perfection. We had such a fun time there and we can't wait to go back!
Mama loves that they did such a nice job with their renovation and it looks so nice inside!
Hooray for family time! It was a busy day but a super fun one!
Hot cocoa coma!
