Today we headed down town to the World War II Museum. It was incredible! We didn't take too many pictures but wow did they do an amazing job. We only spent a few hours there but we could have spent a few days going through all of the war areas...

Everything was really well done and there was just so much to see and experience. We went through the US, England and France and Japan and Germany. The scenes they set up to walk through were just incredibly well done!
The hall with the airplanes was HUGE and super amazing! From top to bottom was immense!
After the museum we took a walk through the French Quarter, we were going to try to make it down to Felix's or Acme but we ran smack, dab into a parade and couldn't get across Canal. So we headed back uptown!
We decided to try Boil on Magazine right by Liz and Tom's house. Everything looked super yummy! We were excited to get our grub on!
Everything was delicious! We were very happy!
Later we had the option to hit the parades. We wanted to but it was also Super Bowl Sunday so we decided to stay in with some friends and have some snacks and watch the game! It was a fun night!
And in the middle of the night it rained and poured cats and dogs for so, so long! It was a serious storm with thunder and lightening for HOURS! This was the reflection off the window in Daddy and Mama's room. Mama just thought it looked cool. Kind of like beads hanging on a tree!
