Today we woke up and Summer had officially arrived! We could not believe how absolutely beautiful it was outside! We got ourselves together and headed straight for the beach!

                              

                               

                               

                               

The water is ICE COLD but somehow we still manage to get in partially at least!

                             

It was an absolute gorgeous day! It was warm and not humid and sunny and a perfect day to be on the beach!

                              

                              

And we got to see some pelicans flying by. A usual scene for Florida but not for OCMD!

                              

                              

                             

                              

Then we made some friends with some kids who actually live on our street too! And they'll be here a lot this summer so we'll have lots of time to play and hang out!

   

   

   

It was great to all hang out on the beach on a gorgeous day!

                               

And of course our cousin Brooke got to hang out and play with us too! That was super fun!

                             

And later cousin Kristin and Brooke came back to have dinner with us! We had our first dinner on the front porch of the summer. It was awesome!

   

After dinner we headed back out to the beach to play. It's so awesome to be able to literally step off our porch and run to the beach to play. This is going to be a great summer!

                               

And by the way, look at all those bonfires! We are definitely doing that this summer! SO COOL! It was a great night!
