Today we had a 2 hour delayed opening to school because it was way too cold and windy at 8am. So our friends Liam and Emmet got to spend the morning with us until it was time to go to school. We got to play and eat breakfast. We had a fun morning.





And I got lucky and had a donut because Mama had to go to the bakery to get a cake for Finn's class. Score!

                                     

Then Mama and Daddy went to lunch after dropping me off at school. They went to Woodside Deli where they have a new pickle bar. They took this picture for me to see the pickle barrels. I can't wait to go check it out one day!

                                      

When Mama and Daddy came to pick me up all of my friends and I had a little impromptu round of ring around the rosie in the hallway. It was so much fun. While we were all at school Daddy and Mama went shopping for things to have a real soup-a-pallooza this weekend. Mama was going to make butternut squash soup, roasted tomato soup and cream of mushroom soup...



Later our buddies Liam and Emmett got to come over to play again. We ran around and had a great time. The little kids got to have a dinner-pallooza while the parents tried out the soup. Oh and of course I had a little soup sampling too! I love mama's cream of mushroom soup!





We even had a fancy light party during our dinner! It was so cool



Then we were super excited because Liam was allowed to have a sleep over! We did some Nintendo Switch for a bit then we played in our room before it was time to go to bed.

                                     

I, on the other hand, did some crazy jumping around with my balloon ball! I'm a nut!

                                     

                                     

                                     

                                     

And before Mama and Daddy knew it, we were all fast asleep. All snug as bugs in our beds! Sleep over success!

We didn't have a whole lot of snow last night but enough to cancel school for today and who doesn't love a snow day?!! It was a windy, cold day today and we took every advantage of it!

                                      

We played games, we ran around, we did target practice with nerf guns and bows and arrows. We had a fantastic snow day!

Later we all went to the Coll's house to continue our snow day play date. We had pizza for dinner and the adults had happy hour. It was so much fun running around their house and playing games and eating snacks. What a great snow day. And tomorrow is a late start to school. It's going to be 8 degrees at 8am tomorrow. Today was back to school for me after Christmas break. I was looking forward to seeing my friends and Mrs. Hatcher and having a fun day!

                                     

We had Epiphany chapel, we learned some good things, and we got to play in the great hall!

                                     

                                     

                                     

And then I came home and protected the house again...

                                     

Then it was Jax's first night of basketball at the YMCA. Finn and I went with him but we were bored, bored, bored! Jax was super excited. Next time we told Mama we want to bring our bathing suits and go swimming!

                                     

                                      

We did some warming up and did some drills. We did some running and work with the ball. Then we did some bouncing and dribbling. I really loved it! I can't wait to go back next week and I really liked Coach T.

                                     



                                      

                                     



                                      

Later we had to go upstairs and clean the playroom...needless to say, Mama found us playing. We did eventually get it cleaned up. Mama said we're little monkeys!

                                      

                                      

It was a bitter cold start to our back to school week! Mama was up so early that she got to catch the Super Moon from the kitchen window! It looked super cool...from inside! Brrrr...





Once my brothers got off to school I got to hang with Mama. We went to Greenan's to get Mama a necklace extension. I got to chill and eat gummy bears while Mama got her wedding rings cleaned and looked at all the beautiful, shiny jewelry.

                                     

Later we ate a yummy dinner together and then we got to have zebra cakes for dessert! Yum!





And I made sure to protect our household in Finn's military gear!

                                     

This new year's day we all slept in, especially us party animals that stayed up until midnight!! Then Daddy hooked us up with steak and eggs for breakfast with our leftover prime rib. Boy was it tasty!



We hung around the house and played and ran around. Then our buddy Joseph came over.




We had some snacks and did some more serious chilling...



Then we all went over to Joseph's house to polish off some pizza that they had an abundance of from their party last night. We wanted to play outside but it was just too frigid to be fun. We had pizza, we played games, we played with toys, we watched some shows, we played soccer. We had an awesome time and we stayed at Joseph's house until almost 6pm!!



Then we came home and did more playing and hanging out. Mama made us a dinner-pallooza and it sure was tasty!

                                      

We did some playing and being silly. We took a nice, warm shower, watched a Scooby Doo show and then it was time to hit the hay...back to the grind tomorrow...Booooo!!!
