Today was another rainy, gloomy day...surprise, surprise. So after getting a little work done Daddy decided it was a movie kind of day! So we watched Spider Man. And it was great!

Then we hid in Daddy and Mama's closet and played while Mama vacuumed and cleaned up...

For dinner Mama decided to try out some of the pork chops we got from Sardi's. She was worried because they were pretty thin cut.

                                             Untitled

A quick pan fry and boy did they turn out perfect! They were tender and juicy and so delicious! They were amazing. We love our pork chops and these did not disappoint!

Later Mama made us pina colada's for dessert. She wasn't sure if we'd like them but OF COURSE we liked them! What's bad about coconut and pineapple? She also added whipped cream and of course a maraschino cherry! Best frozen drink dessert ever! And we got to pretend we were on a tropical vacation right in Daddy and Mama's bedroom! Best quarantine vacation ever!

This morning Mama caught us all doing our school work in the most ridiculous outfits. But I guess you gotta keep it fun when you're on quarantine and every day is like Groundhog Day!

Then Mama made us all mid afternoon milkshakes. Did you know that wine tumblers are perfect for keeping your milkshakes cold? They are!

Untitled

Then I got to have my lunch bunch with Mrs. Miller, my friend Dave and my friend Yafet! I get so happy to see them!

Untitled

Then we all played some Go Nuts for Donuts together. That was lots of fun!

                                             Untitled

Then we took some pictures with our St. B's wine tumblers for Mrs. Rodgers at our school. She wanted them for the school web site. And Mama thought we looked really cute!

Later Jax had a reading group meet up and we all ate some lunch a pallooza while he did his reading. It was just such a nice, mild day outside that we were having a blast being out on our porch all day!

Then it was time to get out into the yard and do some real playing!

It sure is nice when it stops raining and warms up long enough for us to actually get some outdoor play time!

Untitled

Then it was time for some more Go Nuts for Donuts! This time it was Mama, Jax and I playing. I won!

                                             Untitled

Then we got our Sardi's order delivered! They showed up earlier than we expected and put everything on our porch with no contact. It was really cool. Then we opened everything up...

                                              Untitled

Holy Moly! That is a LOT of meat! and fish...But now our freezer is full and we are set on meat for the next 6 months and we don't have to worry when the meat shortage happens. Which we hope it won't but if it does, we'll be okay!

                                             Untitled

And then we got to watch Bill And Ted's Excellent Adventure movie before bed time. We're becoming very good at this quarantine thing! And we loved the movie! I really liked all of the historical references.

Then we got a surprise donut delivery from Nana and Papi! We can never say no to donuts!!

Untitled

Later we decided to grill up some steaks for dinner. It's been a day all about food around here! And boy did those steaks look good!

Untitled

And they tasted even better...not one bit of leftovers were to be had! Every bit of that steak was gobbled up by all the hungry boys in this house! And we loved it! We sure are lucky! The asparagus from Founding Farmers was also spectacular!
