This morning our MeMaw and PopPop stopped by to see us! They were coming from the grocery store and they brought us some yummy cinnamon mini donuts!! Then MeMaw read some of our new library books to us.







Later Mommy and I went to my very first book club meeting in DC with all of Mommy's girlfriends!! It was so nice to hang out with all the ladies. They all passed me around and snuggled me and they were so warm and cozy. They thought that I was the best baby ever. Mommy said that they're right!









               

             

When Mommy got home she found the family room in quite a state. This is what we were doing while she was gone! After dinner our friend Pearl came over to visit us and she even brought us a really fun book that she got at the Grand Canyon. We all got to have dessert and play in the play room. But then it was time for Pearl to go home because it was time for bed...

Today was a fantastic day! In the morning we all hopped in the car with Mommy and Daddy so that we could run some errands. We went to get water for our water cooler and we went to the library to get new books. Then we headed home, got the car loaded up, Stevie D and Beth came over and we headed out to John and Jal's annual Breton Bay Bash! Daddy and Mommy strategically left at nap time...



When we got to the party we relaxed out on the bay side of the house. It was beautiful and breezy and perfect out there. I got to relax in the shade on the blanket. My brothers got to eat some tasty food and play!









Then we got to head to the pool!! Mommy and Daddy put my cast protector on my leg and I got to get into the pool. It was so much fun and I was so excited to be able to get into the nice, cool pool on such a hot summer day! Finn got into the pool with Auntie Nay Nay too but he was more interested in getting out and playing ball! Oh that Finny!!






























After the pool we headed back to the house where we played and hung out with family and friends. Kai and Daddy went down to the docks to look at the boats. We had such a fun day and all that fresh air really wore us all out. We can't wait for next year's Breton Bay Bash!

               

              

Today was boy's day, except for the Mommies! Our friends Aidan and Rowan came over to play with us and they brought some board games to lend Kai while his leg is in the cast! We played in our play room and made quite the mess. Then we did some coloring and drawing in the dining room. And we even played with the board games for a little while. Then we were so lucky because our friends stayed and had lunch with us. It was such a fun day!!







Later, when Daddy came home, We had a super, delicious dinner that was so "yummy in my tummy". Then Daddy played with us. Then we all played some hoops. I even made some baskets from my sitting position on the floor. It was so much fun. Then, when Daddy took Lucy for her walk, Mommy and I played Super Hero Shoots and Ladders and the Who Shook Hook games that Aidan let me borrow. I won Shoots and Ladders and that made me happy. Today was a good day!

Today Mama and I met our friends Leighton and Miss Lauren at the movie theater to see Monsters University. We got to have popcorn and M&M's and it was so, so fun! It was also the first movie that Leighton had been to in the theater. We had such a great time and the movie was hilarious. I loved it and I can't wait to go to my next movie with Daddy next week!!




This morning Grandma came over and I got to run around town just Mommy and me! We went to Costco and the grocery store. It was fun spending time together, just the two of us! Later I got to hang out with Grandma and Jax while Kai and Mommy went out. Then at dinner Kai and I had lots of fun together. I sure do love spending time with my brother!
