After we dropped Finn off at school we headed to Snyders to buy food for the Catholic Charities food drive for St. Bernadette's school. When we got there the fire trucks were out. That was THE BEST! I had a fun time helping Mama find things in the store. Oh, and I managed to eat an apple while we shopped...
When we got home Mama and I played games and read books until it was time to get Finn from school. I also ate some yummy mac and cheese for lunch!
Jax hid in the little nook at my school when he and Mama came to pick me up today! Then he laid on the floor until I came out of my class. He's a silly monkey!
It was a beautiful day outside. Especially in front of our house! When we got home Jax and I did lots of playing outside. Mama even helped to teach me how to use the hammer properly, like, "don't swing the hammer around people" and "don't hit nails in wood that you're holding". I think I got the concept and Mama was proud of how I handled it. I might be building houses before we know it!
After my Mama and brothers picked me up from Lego club we headed to Pinecrest park to play with our friends Liam and Emmet. We couldn't believe how many of our St. B's friends were also there! We played with some of the older boys from Emmet's grade and we played with Josie and Chloe and some other 1st grade kids, we saw our neighbor Mary and other neighbor/St. B's friends. It was a really fun time!
Then Daddy showed up with Lucy! We were so happy to see them and Lucy was so excited to see us! Then we all hopped in the car to head home. It sure was chilly once the sun started going down!
Then we had a yummy Asian dinner. Chicken fried rice, egg rolls and edamame. Yum Yum!
