This morning I went to my friend Liam and Maddie's house to play. I brought them some cupcakes that were leftover from my swim team bake off. they were really excited about that!

                                  

After we dropped Kai off, Mama, Jax and I headed to Trader Joe's. I got to push the cart!

                                   

                                   

                                  

                                  

Then it was off to Wine Costco (Total Wine). Thankfully Mama was smart and made her order on-line so we just had to show up and pick up our order instead of walk all around the store. Finn and I sat back and waited while they got our boxes loaded into our cart.

                                  

And because we are such good boys and such good helpers to Mama took us to Rita's for the first time this summer on our way home! I got a mix of watermelon and sour patch kid red and Jax got blue raspberry. His whole mouth was blue when he was done!

                                   



Then everyone came to pick me up from my friends house. Liam let me borrow his party light for the party that we were going to later. I have a feeling it will make a great addition to our party!

                                  

                                  

When we got to the DiNicola's we brought water balloons for a good old water balloon fight! We all got soaked! Then we ran through the sprinkler. We were so happy to see our friends Miss Lara and Pearl!! And miss Meena was there and Miss Lauren and Leighton and Elise and lots of other friends!
     
                                   

                                   

                                  

                                   

We all had a tasty dinner and got to hang out and have so much fun together...









Then I was right!! That light sure did come in handy! We had a dance off and we needed those fancy colored lights to set the mood. It was awesome!







                                   







Then we headed back outside to play and take some group photos. It was a great party and a fun night!









When it got dark we played ghost in the graveyard. We even met some new neighbors across the street and invited them to play!

                                  

                                  

Then Pearl had a sleep over at our house! We were all exhausted but we made until about 11pm! It sure was a fun day and night!

This morning Papi and Charlie stopped by on their way to a job and we told Papi about a huge hornets nest in the neighborhood. These bees are out of control around here and we don't like it one bit!



Then it was off to Costco...much to our dismay. Well, at least Kai's dismay. He complained for the first half of the trip until we started running around and having fun!





                                   

                                   



                                  

Then Mama took us to McDonald's for lunch! We got new Minion toys. Since we have seem to have a shortage of minion toys. Just kidding! But we got new Minions toys anyway.

                                   



                                   



Then we stopped at Old Navy, also to Kai's dismay. But I need some shorts and Mama wanted to get us all a new 4th of July shirt. Kai finally relaxed when we started running around and having fun and when Mama let him get a new Teen Titans shirt.

                                  

                                   

                                  

When we got home from our errands it was time to get to work! I first added food coloring to my icing. Then I stirred it up and started icing my cupcakes!

                                   

                                   



Then I added my colored sugar, my dolphins and my sun's. I think they turned out really great. Mama said she was really proud of me. I hope the swim team coaches like them!





When we got to the pool all of the entrants had to put their sweet treats on the tables that corresponded with their ages. There was some stiff competition up there!

                                  

                                  

We got to walk around and judge the desserts that looked the best to us. I didn't win but I got lots of compliments. And I had a blast baking and decorating on my own. I can't wait to do more. Mama said I can make something else next week!

                                  

I helped Daddy grill some hot dogs for our dinner!

                                  

Then we did some swimming and splashing and playing. Mama and Daddy said I did really well tonight swimming and putting my head under water. I just need some practice and maybe another swim lesson and I should be good to go.

                                  

                                  

                                  

Oh and we got to taste some of the goodies from the bake off. They were mmm mmm good!

                                 

                                  

                                  

                                  





Then I showed off the new hat I got at Old Navy. It's pretty cool and it's all mine!
