This morning I couldn't wait to open my birthday present from my Auntie Rita! She gave me a remote control corvette! It is so cool and SO fast. After I played with it for a while I let Jax and Kai have a turn with it. We really love it!






Later we all went to Giant with Mama. We were such big helpers. We helped get watermelon samples from the display. We helped get the turkey from the deli counter. We helped weigh our produce and print the stickers. We also helped get free cookies from the baker and pick out some Spider Man cupcakes to take to our friends house!

                 



                 




After the grocery store we went to our friends Aidan, Rowan and Van's house for an indoor picnic! We ate lunch and had cupcakes and played with toys. Then it was time to go home and take a nap. Plus a big, scary, dark looking storm was coming our way so we needed to get home and hunker down!





                 


While Jax was napping and Aidan's brothers were napping, he came over to play with Finn and I. We played Lego's and ran around the house. We played checkers and a little Skylanders. It was a really fun visit!

                 






When I got up from my nap I played Mama and Daddy a little tune on my harmonica. Then it was time to head to the Pub to hang out with our family and say goodbye to Tio Efrain and Great Grand Papi since they leave to head back to Ecuador tomorrow. We had wings and french fries. Then Papi took all the kids to 7-11 for Slurpee's. It was a great night!

















                 

                 

Today we got to go to Northwest Branch Pool with our friends Joseph, Sylvia and Mrs. Vallina. It was a super nice pool and so much fun! They have 3 pools there. A little pool, a medium pool and then the big pool. I went in the little pool and medium pool mostly and had a blast!

                 






I went right into the big pool with Joseph, Sylvia and Mrs. Vallina. It was great swimming around. Then I decided to check out the medium pool with Finn and Jax and decided that was the place for me! I got to have a water gun fight with a whole bunch of kids and even some mom's and dad's got into the action. Then it started pouring down raining and that made it even MORE fun! I don't think we've ever been swimming in the rain but hey, we were already wet right? So why get out of the water?

                 


















We had a tasty lunch, we all ate A LOT, I think we were really hungry from all that swimming and playing and rain. Then we played with our friends some more and splashed around before it was time to head home for Jax's nap.



                 


                 

                

                

                 

Later we went to Nana and Papi's house to hang out with our family and friends and visit with Great Grand Papi and Tio Efrain. We built train tracks and played light sabers. And we had some super yummy chicken for dinner. It was another great night!









                 

Today it was hot, hot, hot outside so we decided to head to the library to reload on some good books! First we dropped our books off at the cool book return. Then a nice boy showed us an even cooler book return around the corner with an automated door and voice!! It was very exciting. We looked at books, grabbed a bunch of them, had some snacks, lounged around, read some books, played and then it was time to head home!

                 

                 









                 

                 


Later our friends Joseph and Sylvia came over to play with us while their mom went somewhere and their dad was on his way home from work. We were having so much fun having snacks, playing in the playroom and then we were about to play some board games when their dad came to get them. It just wasn't a long enough visit!!





After our shower Kai read me books. He sure is a good big brother. And he's becoming a pretty good reader too!
