Mommy and Daddy woke us up before the sun woke up this morning so we could head to the beach. I was a sleepy little monkey but my brother and I both did really well on the ride. We got to the beach just in time to meet Grandma and Granddaddy for breakfast at Dumsers. I even got to taste some of Grandma's potatoes and some of Kai's pancakes. Yum, yum!

              


After breakfast we dropped our bags at the house, got our swimsuits and sunscreen on and headed for the beach. I was so excited. I LOVE the beach!! I made sand castles with Daddy and Mommy. We dug in the sand. Daddy and I went in the water. It was so much fun! I got to eat lunch at Kirby's and play the bowling game with Daddy. After nap time we all went swimming in the pool. It was nice and warm. Then I got to eat pepperoni pizza for dinner. I love pepperoni pizza. I can't wait to go to the beach again tomorrow!!

              

              

Today we spent the day helping Mama pack and get the house ready for our trip to the beach tomorrow. We sure do need a lot of things when we go away. Later Ta Ta Batsheva stopped by to visit us. We haven't seen her in a long time so it was nice to visit with her. It was a great day today but we can't wait to go to the beach bright and early tomorrow!!

               

Today was a steamy day outside so Mommy decided that we were going to do all our playing inside. In the morning Miss Meena and Pearl came over to play with us. We had so much fun. We played in our play room and then Pearl and I ran around and around and around. We had a blast!

              

This afternoon sure was steamy outside so Kai and I hung out in the freezer. Well, until Mommy made us close it. But my brother and I sure did have fun playing together. We played with tupperware and pots and pans. We played with toys and each other. After dinner Daddy let Kai and I have popsicles. I got my very own.  I was such a mess when it was all gone but it sure was fun and delicious!!

              
     
              

              

Today we went to Grandma's house to play. Grandma's neighbor let us have her kids old ride on Jeep to play with. We had to push it because Grandma said the batteries are dead. Mommy's not so sure new batteries will fix it but we might test it out some day...Finn and I sure did have fun with it anyway.

                

It was a beautiful day outside and we got to spend the whole day out there. We played with my cars and ran around and later Miss Barbara brought over her two granddaughters to play with me. We ate fruit and cookies and drank lemonade. It was a super fun day!

                

                

This morning Mommy took Kai and I to Trader Joe's. It was a fun trip. We bought a cantaloupe and it was so sweet and tasty. Mommy let me have that and a kiwi in my mesh teether and I got all sticky. It was so much fun!!

               

For dinner our Nana, Papi, Aunties and Great Grand Papi came over. He has to go back to Ecuador soon and we sure are going to miss him! Mommy made salmon and it was so yummy that I ate everything on my plate. Mommy and Daddy sure were proud of me! I had lots of fun with my family tonight and I even got to eat a piece of cheesecake for dessert. Mmmm Mmmm!

               

Today was such a fun day! We got to meet my friends Ella and Aaron at their pool today.

             

I was such a big boy. I played in the water all day with no float on. We played under the mushroom waterfall, we played in the kiddie pool and the big pool, we played at the park during rest period, we had snacks and we got to eat lunch at the snack bar! I even saw my friend Anya today! She was jumping off the high dive and then she came over to see us and say hi.

              

My little brother Finn was a such a trooper. He hung out in the pool most of the day with us and then he took a nice long nap on Mama until she moved him to his stroller. While Finn rested I played with all of my new friends. All the kids were so friendly and we had a blast playing games and running around in the pool. I spent so much time in the pool that I got pool toe. And boy do my little piggies hurt! I hope they feel better tomorrow...

               

               

This morning we hung around the house so Mommy and Daddy could get some things done. I got to play with my brother and our toys. I also surprised Mommy and Daddy today when I climbed the whole stair case!! They said that we're going to have to put gates up now, whatever that means. I can't wait to climb the stairs again.



For dinner tonight we went to Mommy and Daddy's friends Andy, Debbie and Anya's house for a little get together to see our friends Helen, Jason and their baby Hannah who are visiting from Seattle and their friend Miss Gail. I got to play with Anya and see all her swimming ribbons. Finn got to play with Hannah. We had a super yummy dinner and then we got to go onto the super cool roof deck and see the Capitol, the Monument and the whole city. It was really neat. Then it was time to get home because it was getting late but we sure did have a good time! It was a really fun weekend!!

Today we went to John and Jal Baltz's annual summer party at Breton Bay Estates. It was a nice, warm day and there was a nice breeze blowing off the water. We got to go swimming in the pool. I scooted around in my float while the big kids splashed around. 





I got to play with my cousins and my friends and Papi and I did lots of exploring. We got his tools out of the truck and fixed things. We walked down by the water on the rocks. We played with water guns and I even ate a very yummy dinner. It was so much fun. I can't wait to go back!

Today was the best because Daddy didn't have to work!! After breakfast we all got ready and headed to White Flint Mall for a kids show. Grandma and Great Grandma Ema met us there. The show was not great but riding the train was so cool! Finn and I sure do like train rides.



After we left the mall we went out to lunch at Chili's. It was fun eating at a restaurant. I had fun with everyone and I even got to eat my lunch and some puffs. It sure was a fun day!!

Today was a super duper fun day! In the morning Grandma came over and we all headed to one of our favorite stores, Costco! I got to test out all the samples. That crab dip sure is tasty! I also tasted some lentils, a cookie and some of Mommy's pizza crust. This big people food sure does taste yummy!

I was so happy because MeMaw and PopPop came over for dinner! We put out all the fires in the house first. Then for dinner we ate Greek food and most importantly, we had chocolate eclaire ice cream bars for dessert!! We did my solar system floor puzzle and then I read "Good Night, Good Night Construction Site" to everyone. It was such a fun visit. I sure do love seeing my MeMaw and Pop Pop!!

Today was a scorcher so Mommy decided we should play it safe and head to the library. We returned our books that we checked out a couple of weeks ago and got to pick out a whole new load! Grandma met us at the library and we read books at the table with some of our new friends, we did puzzles and we picked out more books to put in the bag. Mommy almost couldn't carry the bag it was so heavy! I got to help Mommy scan the books at the check out counter. I'm becoming pretty good at it!

              


Grandma came to our house with us and we played games and chased my big brother. We ate snacks and sang songs. Then we ate lunch and played a little bit more before it was nap time. This heat sure does take it's toll on us. My brother and I were both very sleepy today! Mommy thought that was just fine...

Today was the funnest day ever! This morning Mommy got us all ready and packed our picnic lunch and we headed to Wheaton park. We met our friends Aaron, Ella and Miss Sharon there. We rode on the train then Aaron and Ella rode on the Merry Go Round. Then we headed up to the big park where we ran around like little maniacs. We played in the sand pit and we went exploring. Then we went to one of the pavilions and ate our lunch at the picnic tables. Then Aaron, Ella and I went on some adventures and explored the rocks and the trees. It was so much fun. When we left we were hot, sweaty and exhausted. Just like Mama likes us!





After our super fun time at the park we headed home for nice naps. When we woke up we went outside to play some more and our friends Pearlie and Miss Meena came over to play with us. We haven't seen them in a long time and we sure did miss them! It was a great day!

Today was a rainy, grey day. In the morning we all got in the car and followed Daddy to the shop to drop off the silver car. It had to go in for a pit stop. I loved it there. I hope I get to go back and check out the shop when the car's ready to be picked up. Then we went home and we stayed home. We got lots of playing done today. We made some serious messes in the play room and the living room. Mommy wasn't too thrilled about it but she said it was okay because we were having fun and playing so nicely together.



After dinner Finn and I took a nice bath together. Then it was time for Finn to hit the hay. I got to stay up and play with my trains for a little while. Aunt Rosa and Uncle Kevin gave me a new set of tracks for my Birthday so we set them up with my other tracks and I had a blast. I got as many trains out as I could and made them all go all around the tracks. Then it was time to read books and go to bed. It was a nice, relaxing day at home!

Today was Father's Day, and boy are we lucky to have the best Father in the whole, wide world! In the morning we let Daddy sleep in. Then we all went to the Woodmoor Bakery for goodies to take to MeMaw and PopPop's house. I hope everyone will share with me!




Then we got ready and headed over to MeMaw and PopPop's house to celebrate with PopPop and Uncle BJ and our cousins. I am almost big enough to run around with all the big boys, but not quite yet.  They got to run around outside, eat ice cream and play in the water with PopPop. I got to hang out inside with the adults. At least I got to eat and play with water inside...







After nap time we got our stuff together and headed to Uncle Edgar and Aunt Irene's house to celebrate Father's Day with Papi, Great Grand Papi and all the other Fathers tonight. My cousins were there and we got to play and play! Papi ran us around in the wheelbarrow, we got sprayed with the hose and we got to even eat cake and ice cream for Uncle Edgar's Birthday!! I wish it was Father's day everyday!

Today was our Lucy's 5th Birthday. We got up in the morning and headed to the store. Kai got to push his very own cart around. I really wanted to sit in his cart but Mommy and Daddy wouldn't have it. Maybe when I'm bigger...




When we got home it was gorgeous outside so we went for a nice, long, Birthday walk with Lucy. It was so nice.




For dinner I helped Daddy get our grill going so we could have a whole grilled chicken. It was delicious! I got to go out into the back yard with Lucy and explore. There are so many fun things to do in our back yard. I even found some fossils! They are from dinosaurs that lived a long time ago. We let Lucy have some of our chicken for dinner and then we gave her some special treats for dessert. It sure was a good day!!
