This evening I got to help Mama make dinner. We made beef and broccoli in the instant pot. I chopped the meat and made the marinade.

                                    

Then Daddy and I put the onions in the Instant pot, then the beef and the sauce.

                                    

And I did some exercising with some weights and some moves from the iPad...

                                    

                                    

Even Kai got in on the working out!



This is the final product of what Kai, Daddy and Mama made for dinner. It was SO delicious!! I'm glad I got to eat it!
