Today was about sleeping in, chilling and making lots and lots of cookies! Mama let us all decide on a recipe we wanted to make and then we got to baking! 

                                   

Kai decided on Buckeyes and peanut butter blossoms, I decided on chocolate chip and Finn decided on oatmeal! We were so excited to get started!

                                   

                                   

I love using the chickie egg separator!

                                   

We all got to measure out our ingredients and prep our areas and got to work on our recipes with Mama!

                                  

We did most of the work on our own so Mama was really proud of us and happy to be the supervisor!

                                     

My first batch wasn't perfect but it still turned out beautifully! Mama and I were both really proud of the final results!

                                  

I was so excited to roll up my oatmeal cookies. They smelled amazing even before we baked them!

                                   

The second batch was perfection! We can't wait to taste them!

                                  

My chocolate chip cookies came out so incredibly perfect! They are soft and amazing and I can't wait to eat them!

                                    

We made the second batch into huge cookies. They were massive!

   

Then I got to rolling my buckeyes in chocolate! They were a little messy but they're gonna be delicious!

                                   

The oatmeal cookies came out soft and perfect! Mama and I took a test taste and they are AMAZING!

                                   

Later Mama had to run to a neighbors house and on the way back she got a good picture of our friends, the Ernst's, beautiful Christmas tree. It's one of our favorite neighborhood decorations!
