Today Daddy was off work so he and Mama went to have Pho and Bhan Mi for lunch. It sure looks good. If it wasn't Chick Fil A lunch day at school we'd be jealous...

                                    

                                    

After school Daddy and Mama took us to get a car wash. We miss our summer car washes...









Then we got to watch cars being washed while we had our car vacuumed out!



Then we headed to Costco. There were so many cool hot rods up on the roof of the parking garage!

                                    

Then we headed in to Costco. We sure miss being Mama's road dogs and going shopping with her. We were excited to see all of the Christmas decorations that they already had out!

                                    

                                    

                                     

                                    

It was fun to look at all the goodies and Mama even let us pick one or two extra goodies that were not on her list!

                                    

And man, we must have been worn out by that trip to Costco!

This evening I got to help Mama make dinner. We made beef and broccoli in the instant pot. I chopped the meat and made the marinade.

                                    

Then Daddy and I put the onions in the Instant pot, then the beef and the sauce.

                                    

And I did some exercising with some weights and some moves from the iPad...

                                    

                                    

Even Kai got in on the working out!



This is the final product of what Kai, Daddy and Mama made for dinner. It was SO delicious!! I'm glad I got to eat it!

                                    

This morning we went to brunch at Nana and Papi's house to celebrate Papi's Birthday but Mama failed to take one picture...

Later, for dinner we went to MeMa and PopPop's house. We made a creamy chicken and wild rice soup to bring over and MeMa made us a great salad and boy was it yummy!

                                    



                                    

Later we had ice cream for dessert...of course! Boy was it tasty!

Today we got up and headed to the Nat's 2019 World Championship Parade! Uncle Jon, Aunt Jen and Colby met us.



                                    

Then we met up with Mrs. Coll and Liam, Conall, Declan and Mrs and Mr Devilbiss. We had quite the crew for the parade!



                                    





It turned out to be a beautiful day. There was music and food and lots of fun, happy people! Later, we went to Nana and Papi's house while Daddy and Mama went to meet their friends out for dinner in Takoma Park. It looks like they had a great time!

Today we had a half day of school and you know what happens after a half day...MOD Pizza for lunch!! It was another great visit and super delicious!





                                    

After lunch we raced over to A Wider Circle to do some volunteering with our school friends! We met the founder of A Wider Circle, then we got in groups and got to work!

                                     







We got to help in the food pantry area. We sorted foods for Thanksgiving and then we emptied the boxes and boxes of donations and restocked the shelves. We got a lot of work done and we did a really great job. Later we got to go to the Pub for dinner because it was my Soccer team's end of the season party! We had pizza and fries and a super fun time with our teammates! It was a great way to spend a Friday night!
