Today is Mother's Day and we spent the morning spoiling Mama with some beautiful flowers and cards and art work that we made for her. Then we headed to Nana and Papi's for brunch to celebrate with our cousins and Aunties and Uncles and Papi!

                         

Nana was out of town and we missed her but boy did Papi make up for it with all the fun we had! We got to test out his new riding mower...

                          

                         

And play with all of our cousins all around the house and the yard!

      

                         

                          

                           

                         

Turns out we're all pretty good drivers! Papi is a good teacher but we are learning how to control the tractor and drive carefully. Oh and it's SO MUCH FUN!

                         

                          

                          

                         

And we got to just chill and hang out. It was a really nice afternoon!

        

                          

                          

 Then we took a nice picture of all the grandchildren/cousins. Can you believe that we have NO GIRLS in this crew?!

                         

And then we took a picture with all the Mama's for Mother's Day!

   

And then of course Papi made more fun for us! Now we can even pull our little cousins and brothers around in a wagon! 

   

   

                         

                         

It was a great visit!

                        

Later we got to head over to MeMa and PopPop's house to celebrate MeMa on Mother's Day for a little while! We also brought over some Ledo's Pizza so win win for the Rupert boys again!

                         

We had flowers and cards and fun stuff for MeMa and it was so fun to hang out with her and PopPop!

                

                          

                            

                          

Then we went outside to play in the yard and swing in the hammock! It was so much fun! We love hanging out and MeMa and PopPop's house!

                         

                          

                         

And we checked out the beautiful tree and flowers in MeMa and PopPop's yard!

                         

                          

                          

                          

When we got home we got all snuggled up and got to have a sleepover in Mama and Daddy's room because we don't have school tomorrow! We love a Mama and Daddy sleepover!!

                          

                          

 

This morning Mama made us sheet pan pancakes! They were delicious and we almost didn't get a picture of them before we gobbled them all up! 

                         

Then we did some chilling and playing. It was a weird day outside. It was super sunny so Mama sent us out to play...

                         

While we were outside Mama went to cut up this mini watermelon for us. It was so pretty inside...but tasted horrible. And Mama will never buy a watermelon before it's watermelon season ever again!

                         

Next thing we knew it was pouring and then HAILING outside!!!

                          

I just wanted to play in the rain. So I did!

                        

It got very sunny again and Mama almost sent us back out to play until the sky turned black and it started to rain and hail AGAIN! It sure was a weird weather day.

                         

                          

                          

So we decided to do some drawing and making Mother's Day cards

   

Then Daddy made us some of his famous nachos! YUM!

   

And we played some Wii and other games before it was time for Stephen to go home. We had such a fun sleepover. We're so happy that things are getting a tad back to normal. 

 

Later Mama made these pretty drinks for her and Daddy from their Shaker and Spoon Vodka box. They had real rose petal sugar around the rim! 

                          

                          

Later we went outside to see if we could catch a glimpse of the SpaceX Starlink satellite train. We got the location for it and we ACTUALLY SAW IT! It was so cool to see. It was a little bright with the street light right there but the next time it comes around we're gonna try to go to the St. Bs field and check it out. Very cool but very creepy...are the aliens coming?

                          

                          

                         

 Well, tonight is a big night and one I've been waiting on for over a YEAR!!! It's the first time that my best friend Stephen is coming back to my house for a sleep over!!! The first thing we got was MOD pizza for dinner. Woo Hoo!!

 

                           

Then Daddy and Mama rearranged the family room into our cozy movie theater so we could watch a movie!

   

We had popcorn and candy and got to watch the movie "Yes Day". It was a fun movie!

   

We were all excited about our sleep over!

 

Today is May 5th or more well known as Cinco De Mayo. A "Mexican" holiday that white people use as an excuse to eat tacos and drink Margaritas...But we don't need any excuses around here! 

 

Tonight I got to help make our Cinco de Mayo feast! First up, steak nachos!!!

                        

Mmmm, the steak smells so good. I hope it's not poisonous. We had to test it to be sure!

                         

While Kai put the nachos together Mama made the tacos. Boy was it smelling good in our house!

   

Mmm, the nachos looked amazing! The taco's were delicious and the queso...well, it looks a little terrifying but we tried! 

   

                          

And even Mama's "skinny margaritas" went down well for her and Daddy. It was a fun night!

                         

Today while we were at school Mama had a break so she went up to Frank's to get some flowers to make her front porch flower boxes. 

                         

We'd like to go there with her one day. All of the colors look amazing!

                        

Mama worked most of the afternoon and got all of the boxes made and they look beautiful!

                         

   

                          

Then it was time for Mama to pick us up from school. We were all happy to see each other!

                          

Later I got to help Mama make dinner. My favorite thing to do!

                         

And I got to work on my Lego creation! I'm almost done and Jax is almost done with his too!

                         

Ta Da!! My sports car is done!
