Yesterday we spent the whole day cleaning and putting all of our Christmas stuff away. Mama didn't take one picture. Today was  back to the grind. Kai and Finn had to go to school and Daddy had to go to work. So, Mama and I were on our own. We did some stuff around the house, then I helped Mama deliver the neighborhood directories to our neighbors. We had a lot of houses to hit but I sure was a big helper!

                                     

                                     

                                     

Then I did some playing. I made a hotel for my super hero after they rode in on their school bus.

                                     

                                     

                                      

When we got home from school it was time for me to prep my America's Test Kitchen Kids. I'm making oven fried chicken. The first step was to make a buttermilk, dijon mustard, spice mixture to soak the chicken pieces in.

                                     



Then Kai worked on our Indiana Jones legos while Liam and I played some electronics and ate snacks.
                                     



Then it was time to mix the corn flakes with spices and crush them up for the coating. Then I took the chicken out and dredged each piece in the corn flakes, then placed them all onto the baking sheet.

                                     

                                     

Then I hid from Finn and Liam. They found me under all my stuffed animals!



This is what my dinner looked like. The coating burnt a tiny bit but it still tasted delicious! I had a great time making this meal! And I think everyone enjoyed eating it!
