This morning Mama started the base of our new octopus picture and then she let us all add our own touches to it!
It was fun coming up with different designs to put in the suction cups!
And it was awesome that we all got to do our own and make them however we wanted them!
This was a fun family project! I like adding our own touches to the new beach house!
Mama hung the picture over the window but she's having some second thoughts...
She said we need to take it down and add more suction cups to it. And we may hang it somewhere else but we still think it looks pretty good!
Mama put the hardware back on the dresser in her and Daddy's room but she's still deciding if she is going to paint the dressers too so we'll see. Always projects to be done...
Then we went out to the beach to check out the massive waves that the storms have left in their wake!
And they did not disappoint! They were HUGE!
If the waves are like this in the Summer Mama will for sure not let any of us in the water. But we're thinking we probably wouldn't want to go in anyway! Kind of scary!
Even though there was no threat of rain, even the sky looked pretty threatening!
The waves were so massive that they were breaking way out and then breaking again as they got to the shore. It was wild!
No matter the month, the temperature, the status, we sure do love the beach! It's always changing and always beautiful!
On our way out of town we made a stop at the Candy Kitchen in Fenwick. It was a great store and had everything we wanted and more!
It's always a good day when you get to stop at Candy Kitchen!
Heading over the bridge...almost home!
