This morning's sky was a little cloudy but still beautiful!
And we had a nice, big crab in the pool today! I was so excited to get him out with the new net that Miss Jessica brought!
I got him out but I think he was dead...he sure didn't move when I dumped him into the grass...
Today we headed into town to do some exploring and shopping! First stop, Duck Donuts!!
They were delicious!
Then of course we went across the street to our favorite book store and some of the other shops in Scarborough Faire!
And had to take a picture in front of all the silly wall signs! We're going to buy them all for Finn
And then since we didn't buy enough yesterday we headed back to the Beef Jerky store to get some more of our favorites!
When we got home we went straight back into the pool. Some clouds were threatening us but it was still cool in the pool...
Then we caught this guy hanging around! He was really cool!
And then Mama heard thunder and it was time to get out of the pool! And have a cocktail...or just pretend to!
Those clouds were coming in strong now and we were bracing for a storm!
We even caught a little rainbow out the window!
And a pretty decent sunset! Can't beat that view
Later there was a serious lightening show before the actual rain started. We turned all the lights off and watched the show from the windows. There was some serious lightening out there and we were happy to be watching it from inside!
