Today my class got to go on a field trip to the Air and Space Museum. But before we got to go into the museum we got to play out on the mall. It was such a nice day!

We played a little football and then we got to play Simon Says. It was so much fun!

                                     

We waved to Daddy's work but it was too bad he wasn't there yet.

                                     

                                      

Then we got to go into the new and improved Air and Space Museum. There is still a lot of the building that isn't complete but the parts that are done are beautiful and the exhibits are really interesting and so well done!

                                 

                                      

                                       

We also got to go into actual airplanes. It was so cool!

We were sad because Air and Space used to have a McDonald's as their restaurant. Now they just have an expensive cafe that was just okay. We would have rather had McDonalds! But our very favorite part of the visit was touching all of the items that have fallen from the sky - some of them are hundreds of years old. It was so amazingly cool! It was a really good day! And a great field trip!

And then later we all went to watch Finn, and all of my fellow graduating 8th grade classmates, and the rest of the band and choir perform their last concert of the year. They all did really well and it was fun to watch them. 

And Finn killed it on the drums! My brother is actually pretty good! Don't tell him I said that!
