It was such a nice day on the beach. The waves were a little rough but the water was so clear and pretty and really warm for June. I got in that water and didn't want to get out! I was jumping waves with Daddy and Colby all day long! Even our cousin Andrea came to join us. It was a great day.
Then it was nap time! And when I'm ready, I'm ready! So Mama took me home where I crashed out and Daddy and the boys headed to Kirby's for some lunch time fun!
After Kirby's our bellies were full and we weren't so sure we felt like going back to the beach so we headed to the pool with Daddy and Colby. We had fun splashing around and we even played with our neighbor friend Blaze. He and Kai had an epic water gun fight!
Later Granddaddy, Uncle Jon, Aunt Jen and Bella arrived at the beach. We all got ourselves ready and walked over to RopeWalk for a fun night! They have a huge play structure to play on and it was to much fun! Then our friends Miss Lara, Pearl, Miss Candice, Eli and Angie came to join us for some play time. It was awesome. We got to dance to a steel drum band, we ran around, we had dinner and we watched a beautiful sun set. We love it here!
When we got home from RopeWalk, Grandma, Bella and Aunt Jen walked to the store to get us some chicken necks and twine to do some crabbing. So Colby, Bella, Kai and I went to work! They showed us how to tie up our necks and drop them in the water then wait to see if we feel any crabs biting! And WE DID!!! Kai is a crab catching master!! He caught all the crabs tonight. We couldn't believe how lucky he was. Mama also fixed the crab trap so we dropped that in the water to check for later. We had to leave the chicken necks in the water over night. We can't WAIT to check on them in the morning to see if we caught any more crabs!
