We started the morning off at Brick's for some yummy breakfast. Mmmm bacon!
Then we played on the first floor of the hotel. We pretended to sleep on the lego pirate bed. Boy was it hard! We built some more lego creations and played with some of our new friends in the castle and pirate ship area.
Mama took these pictures of the amazing skyline. All the buildings were made of legos. Some of the windows had scenes that you could peak at inside. There was a helicopter. Men working on the roof and a police car, people in a roof top pool and other cool creations on the top of some of the buildings. The most amazing part was that the sky would change color going from sun rise to sun set and it was so beautiful!
This is my lego creation that I made today!
Then it was time to say goodbye to Lego Land! We sure were sad to leave. We had such a blast. We can't wait to come back again. And the good thing? We get to head back to Ft. Myer's Beach to spend more time with Grandma and Granddaddy!!!
And we got back in plenty of time to enjoy the nice warm weather and the beautiful soft sand! It was time to play at the beach for a while. That will surely take the sting out of having to leave Lego Land!
I found a little, dead horseshoe crab!
I tried to scare the crane away. I think it worked...with Finn's help!
We built drip castles, we looked for treasures, we played ball, we wrestled. It was the perfect way to spend the rest of our exciting day!
Then the boys headed to the hotel pool while Mama and Grandma went shopping for our Thanksgiving goodies! The pool water was so nice and warm. I made a new friend and we had so much fun splashing around and having fun!
We stayed in the water until it was dark. Then we brought a pizza home for dinner, ate and then hopped in the bath. We were some dirty birds! It was time to shut it down after a long, fun filled, germ filled two days!
