Today my brothers went to school and we were expecting a yucky, rainy, sleeting, snowy storm later in the afternoon so Mama and I decided we better go run our errands in the morning. Our first rainy stop was Trader Joe's. I looked high and low for Chompy the shark and I found him. Hooray!! And I got to pick out a lollipop!

                                    

                                     

                                     

Then we headed to Toys R Us to get gifts for all my friends. I have 2 birthday partied to go to this weekend. I'm a popular boy! And I have to tell you, old Toys R Us is not looking too good. We know they're closing but that store was a huge mess! It's a good thing we got there when we did so we could find good gifts for our friends!

                                    

                                    

                                     

As we headed home the temperature dropped and it was total sleet. It was sleeting pretty hard! So we went home and I played until it was time to go get my bro's!

                                     

It was a cold and rainy dismissal from school. We're glad that Mama made us take our umbrella's to school!

                                    

We really didn't feel like it but Mama said we had to do all of our homework in order to insure that we would have at least a delayed opening of school tomorrow. Quite possibly a day off! So, we reluctantly did all of our homework. And boy did it pay off when we got the announcement later that school would in fact be closed tomorrow. Woo Hoo! Now let's see if it actually snows...

                                     

Mama made us baked potatoes in the Instant Pot tonight. We've never had baked potatoes before and boy were they good! All those toppings are delicious together! Oh and the other stuff was good too. We can't wait to have them again soon. And now it's party time, preparing for our day off school tomorrow!
