This morning was my first soccer game of the season. We played St. Jude on their home field. It was a very fall feeling morning but the sun was warming it up quickly. We all played really well but still fell short and lost 5 - 2. But we had a good game and had fun!

  







I spotted these birds flying high above the field. I thought they were eagles but Mama said maybe hawks. We'll never know but they sure were big...

                                     

                                    

After my game I did NOT want breakfast. I wanted a burger. So, I tried my very first Whopper at Burger King. It wasn't bad. Not my favorite but not the worst thing I've ever had. I'd eat it again. When Finn got home Conall was still here so we all got to play a bit longer before he had to go home and that was fun!

                                     

Then we headed up to Annapolis for Aunt Carol and Uncle Jay's pool party to celebrate their 63rd wedding anniversary, their new pool house and the welcome of our new baby cousin! 

                                    

Oh and we got to meet TT's new dog Max! That puppy is crazy!
        
                                    

                                    

                                     

The pool house was beautiful and that little baby was so cute! We played in the pool, ate yummy appetizers and had fun with all of our family and friends!

                                     

                                    

                                    

                                     

When I saw that pan of olives I said, "I hit the mother load"...



                                     

                                    

Then it was dinner time. Holy Moly there was some delicious food!



Beautiful shrimp and ribs and chicken and salads and summer corn and tomatoes and cucumbers. Everything was amazing!! The spread went on and on!

                                     

                                     

Then I did a little surfin in the pool! I did pretty well actually!!

                                     

                                    

                                     

                                     

Then our friend risked her life falling in the pool to take a family picture for us. It turned out really great. We even got a shot of the Big 6!
