Today we got the best news EVER!!! Joe Biden will be our next President and Kamala Harris will be the first female, black, Asian Vice President EVER!!! Mama was so excited and happy that she was crying! We're all so happy to dump the trump!

                               

Then I got to go to my friend Anthony's house for a play date!!! We played outside and we splashed in his little pool and we had SO MUCH FUN! And a little normalcy for a beautiful Saturday afternoon!

                              

We got to go get a car wash with Mama and then we celebrated the news of our new president with some ICE CREAM!! WOO HOO!!

                               

I had a great play date with Anothony. We had so much fun!

Later in the evening we got to log onto a group zoom for Biden Alumni since Daddy used to work for President Elect Biden when he was a senator many years ago. It was cool seeing all the people on the screen and the possibility of seeing ourselves on TV during Biden and Harris' speeches accepting their new positions!

We had our own little watch party. Everyone was so excited!

                               

We drank champagne, well, the adults did, and we cheered and we listened to some competent and really special adults speak to the country and to us!

Then we set off the fire works we had left over from the 4th of July. It was so much fun!

                            

                            

Later Daddy and Mama watched Dave Chapelle talking about the state of our nation on Saturday Night Live. He was smart and super funny.  Here's to a new day for our wonderful Country!! Finally a day to be proud of in the last 4 years!!
