Today started off okay...Daddy went to work, Mama showed us this awesome pin that Miss Heather bought her...

                               

We spotted this amazing woodpecker in our back yard! It was HUGE! We've never seen one this big. It was like Woody Woodpecker came to visit us!

                              

Mama started playing with making boozy bombs for her girlfriends...

                               

...Then the whole day went to shit! When terrorists decided to storm the Capitol at the orange garbage's direction. The current imbecile in chief incited a riot and so started the scariest day of Daddy's life and our lives. We sat back and watched as the awful events unfolded and prayed that Daddy would be okay and get home safe.

                              

In the end, Daddy barricaded in his office for almost 10 hours until he and his coworkers were evacuated to a House office building. Daddy finally made it home after 11pm and Congress got back to work to confirm the electoral college's count and confirm Joe Biden and Kamala Harris as the next President and Vice President. It was a shameful day in the history of the United States of America. We hope nothing like this will ever happen again!
